The staff are nice and the value of what you pay for overall is good. The selection of stuff to choose from is limited though depending what is still in stock, but it's still overall good especially when stuff is on sale. Just sad that Best Buy isn't as big as it used to be when it had a bigger selection and variety of products to choose from.

Instead of helping resolve the issue, she raised her voice, spoke to us disrespectfully, and created an uncomfortable and hostile environment. What's even more frustrating is that her behavior directly resulted in the store losing $34,we just purchased phone protector last week and got damaged and it supposed to be life warranty but she wanted us to pay 8 dollars for installation saying that things are changed, how soon within a week!!! saying that the damage is because we dropped the phone Not because the first installment was not correct! and guess what , who ever installed this new one he didn't know how to do it that he had to grab another protector!!!! which could have easily been avoided with basic professionalism and courtesy. It's unacceptable for someone in a managerial position to act this way, as they are supposed to represent the company and set an example for others. If this is how customers are treated here, I can confidently say that people will choose not to return or make purchases from this location. This kind of service damages the reputation of the business.

I cannot recommend this repair service highly enough! This is my second experience using Nerdy…read moreNeighbor and If I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would. The Issue: My smart phone was accidentally thrown into Talk Back mode when my basset hound puppy, unhappy because his sister had grabbed the prime real estate area on the bed which is snuggled into my side, stomped on my chest with the full force of all his 32 pounds centered into one paw. This caused a seismic event on the bed and by the time the shaking was over, my phone was stuck in Talk Back mode. After spending at least two hours trying everything suggested from Google, You Tube and Reddit to fix the problem, I became despondent. As I am not very diligent at backing up important data, I was worried I would never see my contacts, photos and text messages again. The Hero: 1. Ethan convinced me to bring the phone in. 2. He got it working and back to normal within approximately 15 seconds. 3. He saved my professional life since I depend on my phone daily for all professional contacts. 4. He refused to charge me for the service. The Verdict: Nerdy Neighbor is my go-to for all my electronic repair needs. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, expertise and heroic tech repair service!

The first time they replaced the battery and it was about $270 and when my computer wasn't fixed I brought it back in and they replaced the charging ports, this was $98 because they only charged me for the new ports. Up to this point I was satisfied and felt that the service was good. Then I got my computer back again and it still wasn't fixed. I am out almost $400, I am skipping grocery trips to be able to afford this and I have missed countless assignments bringing it into the shop. I called to ask for a refund and they refused to refund the work- the majority of the price and said they would refund the parts but only if they stripped the parts from my computer so I am then out hundreds of dollars and I would have a completely un-usable computer. They would have the parts back to use in another computer and still were paid for their work. 100% a massive waste of time and money and now I can hardly afford to get it fixed elsewhere. When my husband and I were told our existing computer was on its last legs, we began looking for a new one. Not an easy feat as we are not computer whizzes by any means. We went to several shops to inquire about a new computer and the workers talked WAY over our heads and tried to pressure us to go with their business on the spot and immediately pay on the spot with our credit card. We informed them that we were not ready to make such a quick decision and instead preferred to do more research ourselves. We discovered MicroAZ and met with Au ("Al") Nguyen. Al was very polite and listened intently to our questions and concerns. He also asked us what we would be using our computer for so as to get a perfect fit for us. Al spoke with us on layman's terms and did not talk over our heads in super tech talk. Al recommended several affordable and good brand computers, plus he said he could even build one for us, but again there was no pressure to go one way or the other. He encouraged us to look around and make our own decision. After visiting several computer shops, we found a computer which we felt would meet our needs. We took a picture of it and the description of it and asked for his opinion. He told us we had selected a very good computer that would last us many years. We brought the new computer to Al and he transferred our info from the old computer and had us test it out before we took it home. After that, we discovered our printer was too slow for our new computer. Again, we talked with Al. We found a good printer and Al hooked it up for us and made sure we were happy. In short, Al is an excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful computer expert. He is definitely hidden secret in a high tech world!
