Reasonable price, great owner, and nice location…read more Came in for an oil change and to track down the cause of a recurring stall issue with my Volkswagen Tiguan. The mechanic listened, asked good follow-up questions, made sure he understood the problem before drawing any conclusions, and then diagnosed it cleanly. The part arrived within the window he quoted (2-3 hours), was installed without fuss, and the final bill was reasonable. What stood out as much as the technical work: he flagged a slow coolant leak and a minor oil leak -- this is an older car, so neither was a shock -- but there was no pressure to pile on services. He showed me rough estimates so I'd have them when I'm ready and left the decisions to me. That kind of straightforward, no-upsell approach is rarer than it should be. The waiting area is a genuine plus: free wifi, a table big enough to work at, and a small fridge with complimentary drinks, large TV. My one suggestion would be to add a coffee in the AM. Also, the door to the reception currently reads "B". Might want to avoid any confusion with better signage. That said, I am a big fan of this establishment and will be using them for repairs in the future (apparently sooner than I want :) Bonus: he pointed me to a wonderful Indian place across the street, Biryani, which I'd highly recommend if you have time to kill while your car is being worked on.

I ended up needing more work done and while it was expensive as cars are it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Gia the manager was also just pleasant to talk to and very communicative overall. She even offered to let me come around the desk to type in my credit card number for privacy which I felt was a thoughtful gesture. Overall my experience was great and my car feels better! Thanks honest automotive!

The experience ended up being anything but ordinary. Charlie, his wife, and the entire staff made me feel like I had been coming there for years, they made me feel welcomed, and made me feel like my old car mattered just as much as any top-dollar vehicle in their bay. What stood out right away was the care they showed. It wasn't just for the care, but to me as the owner. They took time to explain what they were doing, stayed professional, and treated the whole situation with genuine respect. It's not a flashy place at all. I'll be honest - and they are too, that's what matters. Confidence in the way they run things. It's not about pushing extra services or rushing you through. It's about doing the job right and making sure you feel good driving away. I left with more than a car in tip top shape, I left with trust. That's rare. This is where I'll be sending my friends and family from now on.

Decided that sounded a bit off for a Subaru Forester with 5 years and only 66k miles on it, and no evidence to me that I'd ever had a leak, so I brought it to Charlie. He did a really thorough diagnostic workup, found it was a PCV valve, and replaced just that, saving me thousands. They're also kind, personable, communicative, and realistic about when they can get work done and they then meet those promises. Going to C&C is a hike for me but I won't take my car anywhere else for any real work I need in the future. C&C is the best!
