Unfortunately, that has not been my experience lately. After being a loyal customer for so many years, it is genuinely disappointing to see this. I hope the owners take this feedback seriously because the way customers are treated and the way management represents the business can make a significant difference in whether longtime customers choose to continue coming back.

They told me my brakes would not pass and my brake fluid which was on the min line was too low. They then tried to sell me a $400 brake job. I went to the toyota dealer because I had warranty work that needed to be done my brakes were measured the same way was 6mm and the only requirement for your brake fluid is that you need to have some in the car. I went back to them because they have to do it again for free took the documentation and they passed me. This is straight up trying to con people. I won't go back here ever and neither should you.
