He explained the situation & offered different samples similar to the cheese I was upset about. He even asked if I wanted to try a cheese he liked. Wow....ever since then, I've been ordering that particular cheese. Now, each & every time I order from the deli, Dustin smiles, asks if I'd like to try other cheeses, & then packages the cheese I came for. This young man could have just allowed me to walk away frustrated. But he took the time to listen, explain & offer alternate solutions. I left feeling valued & cared about.....Now that's customer service at its best!

I'm disabled and use curbside to make it easier not be swindled and taken advantage of. Heb forgot half my order with curbside and won't deliver it. All the avocados I received are bad. Cheese and produce are expiring way before the expiration date and this has been an ongoing issue. Heb as a whole has gone down hill the last year and is not the great grocery chain it once was. Truly distraught that I will be parting ways with HEB and what they have now become.

My son arrives there cause it was pretty much late in the day and the technician. Tell them we're not taking any more cars. Funny I work in this industry and technicians Don't tell people what they can and can't do. The manager rather than sticking by his guns folded. Forcing my son to ride on his doughnut for another 30 miles. My son would eventually get the tires replaced at the Walmart in Kerrville, who is much nicer and professional. Parents if your kids get straightened anywhere near shirts do not go to that Walmart they will leave you hanging they do not care.

This commissary tends to have better options than the one on FT Sam. I have found a lot more of the staple items that I like to get, here at Randolph. Also, any of the times that I have shopped here have not been too crowded, which is nice. The store is very well stocked & clean. The layout is not too bad either & better than other commissaries that I have shopped in. Generally speaking, commissary pricing is usually close to what you would pay out on the normal economy, however I have seen some items that have been higher than say, Walmart or HEB. But, the trade off is that you're not paying tax on your groceries here, so it kind of evens out at times. I also appreciate the fact that the times that I have been here, the self-checkout line has not been insanely long. I imagine it probably can be though, depending on what time of day you are shopping. Fortunately, I live about equal distance between here & FT Sam, so I can easily go to either, since they both have different offerings. However, this will definitely be my go to.
