Honestly, I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. My other half brought his truck in for a sound system installation, and while we initially only stopped by for a quote after shopping around all day, Chris's expertise sold us. He was incredibly patient, taking the time to explain the pros and cons of our ideas and offering suggestions to make the final result even better. He also kept us updated throughout the entire process, so we were never left in the dark. What really set them apart was the extra mile they went. Even though Chris was only hired for the audio, he noticed several issues with a train horn we had installed at a completely different shop. He discovered the compressor was running continuously and, upon further investigation, found multiple hazardous mistakes from the previous installation. Chris and his team took it upon themselves to fix those errors, potentially saving us from a major headache (or worse). We are beyond grateful for his attention to detail, if it wasn't for him we would've never known just how bad it was!! I only wish we had come here from the start. Awesome customer service and quick, efficient work. Big shout out to both Junior and Alex! I called and spoke to Junior just before closing time in regards to my constant power not working for my head unit harness. He told me to bring it in the next day and it would be maybe 10 or 15 bucks to look at and run a new power wire if needed. The next morning, Alex hops in to take a look. He quickly finds a safe spot to jumper a new constant power, and sends me on my way in less than 5 minutes. Tells me no charge for such an easy fix. I couldn't believe it, but I was happy to throw in a good tip. I can't say you will have the same exact response or results from JSP that I did, but they did quick work and were happy to just send me on my way without expecting anything in return. I appreciate honesty and not trying to overcharge for little things. I would have no hesitation to come back again, and I highly recommend them to anyone for their auto audio needs. BLUF: Alex was HUGE help! Diagnosed my car radio in a few minutes and fixed it. Didn't charge me a dime because it was a very simple fix. Just called the shop and they saw me same day. Excellent customer service! So I've been rolling without a car radio for a a few months. I was calling around the island but everyone kept telling me they were too busy to see me. But I called JSP Auto Audio and they took me in the day of. Alex typically charges for diagnosing car audio systems but he said if it's a simple fix, he wouldn't charge me. Came here to install a deck for my nissan maxima 2002, nothing special. I wanted a basic pioneer It was priced at $160 with installation, because of a discount he said he "hooked" me up with. Asked if It can be done in 1 hour and they agreed. The mechanic was fast but sloppy. So sloppy, when he was trying to pop the deck out he broke the plastic to my A/C vent. I was a little upset. He thought I didn't notice, after the job he tried to glue the 4 broken pieces together. I paid him the $160 and he pretended he wasn't responsible for breaking my A/C vent. After driving away the vent just fell apart. Only come here if you want a quick a sloppy job done. Don't recommend coming with your nice cars. read more

I heard about this shop thru the grapevine and saw some of their work at a car show. We brought in a 2018 iM for an alarm install. Everything went smooth, clean install. I spoke to Alex and the boss man about installing voltmeter and water temperature gauges in my xB. I had initially requested a custom pod above the glove box. Alex found a better location in the dash at eye level directly fronting the steering wheel. The sending unit install could not be accomplished at the head due to lack of the proper brass fitting. An alternate spot was located on the line leading to the expansion tank. A bracket was fabricated to support the T fitting and sending unit. Nice job! I am totally satisfied. If my next old school muscle car needs stereo or instrumentation work done, it's a no brainer who I'm gonna see. read more

I went in for a tint. The guys at JSP were great when I walked in and the tint guy wasn't there yet. They offered to call Dave, the said tint guy that rents the space from them, but I declined as I had already called him to confirm and there was no answer, and I called again and left a voicemail, no callback. I didn't want to harass the dude even more. The JSP guys offered me a seat while I waited for the tint guy. I waited 30 minutes. The JSP guys were really too nice. The Dave guy, not so much. Days prior, he quoted me $80 to remove and do a ceramic retint. Which is way too cheap for ceramic. Seemed a little sketch if you ask me. Maybe he was going to put non-ceramic on for me. Made an appointment with a professional to complete the job. Keep up the good work JSP Auto Audio! read more

AMPS RATING AT 1200w to a crazy 3000w AMP! I went right in the middle and got a 2200w amp and a 1800w amp for my speakers. replaced every stock sound component in my car. All the speakers and the deck and I even added a door amp and sub and sub amp. Might I add the price for their powerful rating xfire product is just insanely amazing. I installed the system in 2015 and 3 years later it still works with no wiring issue. You aren't just paying for high power aftermarket sounds but you are also really paying for quality of the sounds itself. I went in twice to get the whole entire system installed. I told them I wanted my car to rattle and boy they did it so well i ruined myself with a lot of bass so I went in the next year to install a wall and door amp. After that the balance was just perfect. I spent probably around 1500-1800 but it is worth it. I'm gonna keep the amps forever and just go through all the 6x9 or 6x5 or 4x1/2 or any speaker in that matter. They give such great insight on how things work and can tell you exactly what they are doing. They are extremely skilled and have the best products on the island for quality. Their custom boxes they build is just flawless 99% of the time if you don't move it around almost 30 times a day like I did. Q is the greatest and if he works on your vehicle you are a lucky person. read more
