I was looking for places that sells and install reverse camera for my Nissan that already has an after market deck. I messaged a lot of places including Nu Image Car Audio. Dirar was the one who messaged me back and was able to give me an estimate on the spot that was affordable and not to expensive. I always a great experience coming hear to install my speakers. It is very easy to communicate with Dirar, using the "request a quote" on yelp and he replies very quickly. I came in two separate times, once for sub amp and sub, then once again for another amp and replacement for all speakers. (rear deck, front door, and tweeters in dash). I bought all of my speakers on my own and only paid for installation. I got a really good price compared to other places I got quotes from, and I'm sure that you will get a better deal if you purchase all of the equipment from their shop. Being inside, I only saw quality items, so I wouldn't worry if you end up buying there. My first time, installing one sub and amp, was very quick and easy. No issues. The second time for all the speakers and a second amp seemed to be a lot of work and more of a challenge, especially since my front door speakers were too deep for my car, but they still did an amazing job and it was definitely worth the money. Later, I had to run a new sub remote wire and when I pulled the panels off, I saw the all of the wires nicely bunched and wrapped together. So you know that they are doing quality work and I have had no issues with my sounds yet. Recently, my amps started to fall off the back of my seat, after a while. Thats not a fault to them as typically that would work, but I think the back of the seat is just a thin press wood. I requested a quote for an amp rack and within 30 mins, I got a quote and scheduled to take my car in to discuss my options. Always a great experience, great customer service, and great quality. The viper alarm/remote start I had purchased and installed through best buy malfunctioned within a day. I called best buy to see if they could fix the problem and they were no help. I would have to wait several weeks in order for them to help me out. Best buy said they would give me a call to make an appointment but they never did. So i called viper for support and they told me to contact nu image. I brought my truck in and they were able to fix the problem. Even though I didn't purchase the alarm/remote start from nu image, they went out of their way to help me out at no cost. They got my alarm/remote start working great. I went in to NuImage with a certain idea of what i wanted and how much i wanted to spend for a nice sound system in my truck. Sood was super knowledgeable about what would sound best in my truck and had me start off slow with the audio upgrades rather than everything i had originally wanted done all at once. Rarely do you get a business where they would rather you leave satisfied than just take all your money. Boy was he right and damn does my truck sound good with the few upgrades we made.
