The staff at the location is great. However there are frequent delays so plan for that. Also customer service on the phone is very rigid with their policies so expect to pay if you want to modify anything and they won't waive any fees. They aren't very nice either so just factor that in to your total time and cost of using the airline. read more

Talk about a superior way to travel for only a slightly higher cost. No horrific parking, no security lines, no strict TSA policies, no crowds, no waiting around. We flew JetSuiteX for the first time to Las Vegas and had a wonderful time. The staff (counter and on the jet) were super cool, fun, and professional. The flight was right on time and of course we enjoyed the complimentary beverages. The plane itself is nothing fancy (don't expect first class) but on these short flights who cares? I'll be hard pressed to ever fly a major airline again when traveling on routes that JetSuiteX offers! read more

This was my first and last time flying JSX. The plane interiors are nothing special. Waiting room was probably the best part. My biggest complaint was the car parking options. Nothing but 40/day service, which is soon going up. Plus if you have to fly another airline back, they don't warn you whether the car valet will be open; it wasn't open at 830pm(early) and I had to come back the next day to get my car. When I asked why they didn't warn when parking closed the manager Chris had no good argument and just wanted to blame me for returning too late. Disappointing experience read more

My daughter landed at 7:30pm. It was cold and raining. 2 different Lyft drivers dropped her ride after 10 mins of waiting for each. The terminal emptied and everyone left. All except a JSX employee who sat in their car and waited until my daughter was safely in her ride. Customer service is more than getting people from A to B safely. It's also caring that a female doesn't get left alone in the dark. Thank you JSX, dad won't ever be complaining about paying for JSX tickets again! read more

Yes, the waiting lounge seems like a cheap motel lobby. Yes, since this is a FBO jet vs a commercial airliner so I'm sure it is rough making alternative arrangements BUT you can't argue that you are paying a very small sum for what is a private jet experience. Not necessarily with service or on board amenities, but imagine walking off a curb and on to your seat with no hassle of being "cattled" in with hoards of people + no TSA is amazing. OMG, reading some of these complaints is hilarious. BE ON TIME FOR YOUR FLIGHT!!! Hahah, OMG. If you like the comfort of more flights and space on Spirit then please stay with Spirit! I've been flying between Los Angeles and San Francisco for 40 years. In the last 10, it's been 1 or 2 times per month. JSX is heaven. No lines, no waiting, comfortable lounge. Valet parking. Hand over the keys, check in 3 minutes, sit down, and they park the plane right outside the door at a private hangar. 30 seats on the plane, the flights are smooth, comfortable. If I had to go back to the old flying school bus routine, I'd drive instead. Love, love JSX. PLEASE ADD OAKLAND TO ALBUQUERQUE, and reinstate SEATTLE. Please. read more

Unbelievable experience. The 1-star reviews are from clever people not wanting the word to get out. I fly on JSX regularly up and down California for work (never had a delay/missed work/meetings) and for personal travel. As they say YMMV but I refuse to fly on any other airline on a route JSX covers. read more

The worst customer service ever- and considering the airline bar isn't high that's quite an achievement. They cancelled our flight 2.5 hours before departure- no phone call, no text. Luckily I checked my email on vacation. No accommodations to get us home. No one answered calls on the customer service line. My husband and I had to find new flights and drive to San Diego from Orange County with our 2 year old (sounds fun, huh?!) to catch a trusty southwest flight home. $1000+ later and more importantly several hours of travel time with a toddler and we arrive home to $100 vouchers in our email. No refund of flight. Are you kidding me? A voucher for less than the cost of original purchase?! Insulting. Never again. read more

Can't say much about the flights because I didn't ride a plane but the valet service there is impeccable. Just wanted to post a review to Mohammed who helped us out tremendously. My mom was late for her flight so she dropped her rental car off with some of her belongings and asked me to pick the car up and drop it off at the rental service that was around 7minutes away. When I got there Mohammed was very very very accommodating and super nice and even offered to drive the car with my husband and drop it off at the rental location so my husband didn't have to walk back. He even made sure that we got our receipt and had everything straightened out at the rental service. Mohammed is the nicest and most hard-working guy I've met in a long time and made my Husband's day. It was almost worth having to drive all the way out there from SF. You guys are lucky to have him on board. read more

JSX flights are nice. The ground staff at Oakland are miserable and go out of their way to make it show and bleed it into your life. Lying to you, being rude to you, ignoring you, etc. This basically makes the flight experience no different than flying commercial. It's sad, it was once nice, but now just like anywhere else. read more

Great experience except when things go wrong causing canceled flights or delayed flights. Staff manning the outposts are not kept informed. Customers are not alerted of cancellations or delays in time to run to SWA. Great crews but Ops...not so much. read more

Posted the same rating on the Orange County JetSuite X as well as JetBlue. Figured I needed to alert those in the Oakland area as this is where the BIGGEST problem presented itself: Don't do it....that's the best advice I can give you. Booked a company trip with "Jet Blue" only to find out a day before my trip that Jet Blue outsourced my Orange County to Oakland trip to JetSuiteX (nothing sweet about it)! Flight out of OC on Tuesday June 25th was good. Had no idea what I would be in for on my return flight on Friday June 28th. 1:00PM flight from Oakland to OC. Got there about 11:30. We were asked to line up to board after 1:00, then told they were not ready for us to board. Came back to tell us that the restroom on the plane wasn't working so please use the restroom there. Then we were told at 1:30 that the flight was cancelled indefinitely and we could either... ready for the option? Fly on their 7:30PM flight to OC, be rebooked on Southwest at 8:30PM or fly into Burbank and they would pay for Uber to drive us to OC. My car was in their valet which is $30 a day at Orange County so I opted for the late flight. Anyone know southern Cal you know how far Burbank is from OC airport and also what traffic would be like on a Friday. About an hour after I rebooked, they then cancelled the 7:30PM flight. Tried to get me on Southwest but nothing was available. Had to go standby for their 4:45PM flight to Burbank. There was a flight that left around 3:00 for Burbank and a passenger did not show up so I asked if I could take that seat. They gave it to one of their own employees. When 4:45 came around and no aircraft I was bracing for more bad news. Plane showed up after 5:00 and thankfully I was put on the Burbank flight. They paid for Uber to take me to OC airport. I got there at 8:30 and was home at 9:00PM. My flight was to land at 2:15 so my day was a complete waste as I could have worked longer. Also had 4 tickets to the Angel game which I could not use. They claimed the flights were cancelled due to a "mechanical" which is a bunch of crap. Growing up in a house with a father and brothers who were professional pilots, a "mechanical" is also known as "we don't have enough passengers so it makes sense for us to cancel this flight!" Unless you are retired and have more money then you know what to do with, do not use this company for your flights. Also, since they are away from the main terminal, you only have sodas and snacks. No real food options. I doubt they will continue to stay in business as they don't know anything about customer service. I will not fly Jet Blue anymore as well as they took no responsibility for this situation. read more

This airline is running a customer-focused experience and I am LOVING it. I'm an entrepreneur who is also catering to the needs of my clients and I recognize a company that is absolutely on that same page. Case in point: I had to cancel flights this weekend due to fires in SoCal. I cancelled on the same day. No charge, no fees. Here's another experience with this airline: I totally mistimed the arrival and realized on my way in that I would arrive not an hour before the flight departed but actually when the flight departed. I called ahead and was told that they would do the best they could, but that the flight would not wait. (Fair.) I arrived four minutes before the plane took off. They checked me in, grabbed my bag, radioed out to the plane "We've got a runner!" and sent me out. I made that flight. I LOVE this airline. This is hands down the best experience every single time. I would have scored it higher as a lot of what you do is terrific and hope you learn and get better. As mentioned earlier by a flier I think $32/day for parking is excessive for the area. The second part was the Las Vegas boarding procedure is a little clunky. The last part was your only restroom was out of service. On the other hand, flight was on time and efficient was we got moving. read more
