When we arrived for our appointment, Cris walked us through the options of tint based on our needs and gave us a two hour turn around. We are so pleased by the quality of material, install and price. We had all the windows of our vehicle tinted and couldn't be happier. Our new tint keeps the heat and harmful sun rays at bay and now car rides are so much more comfortable and enjoyable. The additional privacy is also a huge plus! Cris and his team thought of every detail, even adding a piece of noted tape over the window controls so we wouldn't forget and roll down the windows by accident. I took my Hatch to get window tinting done here, and the service was amazing from start to finish. The staff (Jonathan & co.) did an impeccable work on my car windows. Jonathan clearly explained the different VLT (%) options best for my vehicle. I got a ceramic film tint for better protection at a fairly competitive price. The installation took about two hours, the edges are razor-clean with no bubbles or gaps, and the cabin temperature difference in the California sun is night and day. Overall, I highly recommend OT.

I got XPEL PLUS since I've noticed skin reacted from sunlight so I had some condition for a while. I could get the doctor's note but I'd like to try XPEL PLUS 70% first if it's really from the direct sunlight. Then, my condition got better after the tint. I was hesitated to go with XPEL PLUS since a lot of people mentioned the bluish color of that specific product doesn't match with the back windows. However, the color doesn't bother me. Also, I can get the clear view from the inside of my car which is great. My car mirror automatically adjust color already so I was worried what I can't see my side mirror reflection but it's clear as you see. The reason why I choose this shop is the skillset. The tints of the windows are very neat even though I'm not an expert. I'm glad that I found this place on Yelp! For your reference, my car is Volvo XC90.

However when I got there, he quoted me $240 because he had to install a custom bracket for the rear camera. (The custom bracket was just a piece of plastic taped to the rear headrest.) I did not have much time so I agreed to do it. A couple months later, the dash cam stopped working. When I contacted him regarding the issue, he quoted me $80 for a diagnostics fee. I went with someone else who did it for a fraction of that price. I guess it was my fault that I paid for his service. If you're a customer, ASK FOR "OUT THE DOOR PRICE"
