    Justin was great and we would absolutely hire him again. He was quick with an estimate which was very competitive and worked with us to finalize some design decisions and repairs prior to starting work. He was also flexible in accommodating some DIY work where we were trying to stretch our budget. Although he focuses on tile his ability to handle some drywall and plumbing repairs as a general contractor saved us some money and we really appreciate his craftsmanship. There was no mess after he finished and as a bonus, he was great with our two cats that befriended him during the project. Highly recommended and we'll be calling him again for our next project!

    I highly recommend this company..the pricing is super competitive and the work turned out great!! The owner, Justin, fit me into his busy schedule even though I only had a small backsplash job. He really went the extra mile to make sure I was a satisfied customer. If you have a tile job make sure you get a quote from this company. Two thumbs up! :)

I did an entire lap of the store and had to stop by a desk and ask for someone to help me. Wendy came over and was knowledgable and friendly and e-mailed me a quote a few days later. Fast forward eight weeks later I e-mail her back on a Tuesday ready to order~ I include the specific SKU and let her know I'll be waiting on ordering a hood and to let me know how to proceed. She is out of office and it auto forwards my e-mail to Jordan. Wednesday comes and goes and I don't hear back so I call the shop on Thursday morning and let them know I'm ready to order and speak to Jordan who mentions that I'm probably right and there was a price increase since then and that he'll look it over and send me a quote again. I don't receive an e-mail until Friday afternoon from someone else, Marcie who resends me the exact same quote from before with two hoods and a range when I had said twice I was ready to order the range and let me know how to get that processed. I was asked for my phone number and address again and waited for a reply to get my order placed- but I guess they went home for the weekend. I sent that over and didn't hear back again until Monday. I went ahead and placed my order Sunday with another retailer which ended up being $500 cheaper than the quote they sent over anyway. I was disappointed to see that PBK included a $200 shipping charge when I live a handful of miles away and could have accommodated a pick up if that was an option.

Their service and knowledge are top notch. There are far too many choices and brands out there to easily navigate on my own and clients don't want to pay for me to do the research each time. Premier makes it easy from having a dedicated appliance person (Nick) to keeping up on all the newest products and knowing which are the best made/less prone to problems in the long term. And providing demonstrations as needed. For the first time in my career I am working on a starter home kitchen with pre made cabinets and clients who needed a high quality, beautifully designed but low end price point. Jordan gave me the same high level of service I have received when clients are spending 10 times what these clients could afford. They are the best in town and statewide. I have had two out of town projects and Jordan referred me to the local showrooms. Same great service and attention to detail. I highly recommend them.

I've noticed that the glaze on two of them is breaking down, exposing the raw ceramic underneath--I can provide pictures. I tried emailing Jars directly but received no response. Do you or they offer some sort of guarantee on the product? I am thinking the bowls are not safe to eat from anymore. Thanks! Cristina Hi Cristina, We are very sorry to hear about the glaze issue. We have sold thousands of Jars bowls and plates over 20 years and have not heard similar reports. There may be an unusually harsh combination of dishwasher chemicals and hard water, I cannot say. If this had happened in the first year of use we certainly would alert Jars and they might issue a replacement, but unfortunately after five years there is really nothing we can do. Best regards, Ray Terrestra.com Hello Ray, I understand that the bowls are not new but I would appreciate that you share the images with Jar--the deterioration of the glaze is occurring in all three of the bowls that I have in "Jade" but the ones I have in "Neige" show no signs of deterioration. This indicates to me that there is a difference in the glaze and it is not a problem or fluke on my end. I do use these bowls a lot but there is no indication that they are not for everyday use. It is disappointing because they are not cheap. Thank you, Cristina And then....nothing. I waited 10 days or so and sent another follow-up email. And again, nothing.
