We remodeled our kitchen and got all appliances here. From day 1 we had a major problem with a Fisher-Paykel dishwasher. That's not their fault but getting the issue fixed is another story. They are salespeople only.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We spent $13k on everything needed for a kitchen remodel. The dishwasher showed up out of the box with damage. It was refused and put back on the truck. The oven was delivered with a faulty touchscreen, which was only discovered after installation. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I know it's not necessarily their fault, but they did not seem to give a damn.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was May 13. The best they could give as an ETA for replacement was "Late May to early June," so I went on HomeDepot.com and found the same dishwasher for cheaper. It was delivered literally next day[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I called to cancel the order, the lady seemed dismayed. She said "That's too bad, your dishwasher was delivered today." Oh well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It took 3 weeks of me calling twice a week for the oven.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I don't understand how they stay in business. New delivery was uncertain so I asked for a refund. After a week the refund is still "in process" and needs "management approval." That will take at least another week. Delay, delay, delay! But that ended but our disappointment w the Thermidor appliances continued. We redid our kitchen and thought we'd treat ourselves to some upper high end appliances. Micro wave sparked because plastic covered metal wheels melted plastic off. Technician confirmed issue and brought out exact same item and explained "that's what they come with". Oven tech said we should not use self cleaning method on oven, "it will warp the racks and to only leave one of three racks in for normal use cuz they will warp". The refrigerator drawers are a constant source of irritation because of the way they slide unevenly. All in all a very bad selection of Thermidor appliances that cost about $20K. Should have spent $6K at LIWES and gotten all Kitchen Aid. Ferguson highly recommended these appliances. read more

We are getting our bathroom remodeled next month but still needed to get vanity lights, mirror, and sink faucet. Spent half a hr looking around without anyone asking if we had any questions or anything (despite passing an employee who wasn't helping anyone, twice). Nonetheless we found a really nice mirror and lights but couldn't find anyone to help us. So my husband went to the reception desk and the lady said "let me get someone to help you" and then proceeded to not do anything. Didn't page anyone, nothing. There were two older people seemingly getting the royal treatment so I don't know if we were too young (I doubt it, as we are both almost 40) or if we look poor or something. Who knows or cares. I'm not going to tackle someone so that I can give them money, so we left. Side note: Their faucets are weirdly more expensive than everything else. Pretty big selection of lights! Came here after going to Lamp Plus and I must say Ferguson has the same number, if not more lights available in their showroom! In addition there is a lot of model bathtubs, kitchens, and outdoor grills for you to look at. The staff are all very friendly. Mostly they don't bother you. The inside of the showroom is kept very clean, of course. Price is obviously a little on the high side, but that is the market Ferguson caters to I guess. We're doing a major kitchen and laundry remodel and went to look at the KOHLER Farmhouse sink for kitchen and laundry, faucet and etc. Jennifer Matawaran was the sales representative that helped us at the store when it was time to purchase all the items. We purchased all the items and did not realize that once they came in at the warehouse we had to pick them asap! We left on vacation after ordering everything. I got an email from Hope Pendergrass that said she will be taking over the sales from Jennifer. I received an email that everything came in at the warehouse and if we don't pick up everything in 2days they will be returned. I frantically called Hope and told her we're on vacation. She said no worries, enjoy our vacation. I didn't think anything of it because construction was still being done and the contractor didn't need the sinks, etc yet. Fast forward, two months later, we called Hope and said we're picking up our sinks, etc. She got back to us and said everything got returned!!!! YIKES, They all had to be reordered! Thankfully Hope got everything reordered and we got the minor items within a couple days and again the email said if we don't pick it up in 2 days they will be returned!. The sink was not available YET! I called and spoke to Hope to please ask them not to return them until the sink came in!!! Whew, 4 days later, Hope contacted us that the sink came in! Kudos to Hope Pendergrass! She's the BEST! Great personality at least over the phone! I'm going to miss talking to her! Even though she was in Virginia it felt like she was right here in Sacramento! HORRIBLE QUALITY and SERVICE. After many years of shopping at Ferguson in Sacramento we are having a terrible experience! Purchased a new refrigerator and dishwasher, both of which were not fully functioning from day 1!
