Last year I had 5 bags that were sawdust and 19 bags with holes, out of 200. The bags with holes were still usable. This year they changed to 70% fir and 30% pine. This year I have purchased 100 bags. There were two bags with large holes and twelve with smaller holes. ANY bag with a hole would barely burn and created a lot of ash. Could not set temperatures over two out of five as the burn pot would fill with pellets and ash and over flowed out of the burn pot. Have now purchased from another supplier, night and day difference.

You suck." To which I told him there was no need for him to talk to me that way. I almost went back in to confront him and demand an apology. I left this situation shaking with rage. I do have problems letting go of incidents like this quickly, and it pretty much ruined the rest of my day. I really hope I don't run into this guy again. Because dude, I don't trust myself.

My delivery window was 10 to 12, they showed up nine hours late. The guy pulled in to the wrong spot then proceeded to drive over my lawn where I have a sprinkler system and he put ruts in my Nice green lawn. Then he said I'm not walking all this hay over to your barn. I can dump it here and you can move it. I said I'm paying for delivery. I want it delivered and stacked. I told him I had tried to reach out so he could use the roundabout and back in - so he proceeded to do so . It was so dark, even with my floodlight that he really couldn't see where he was going - and instead of getting out of the truck and saying "I'm so sorry I'm gonna have to come back "he left.. Instead of reversing next to my hay shed, he hit the gas and he took off and left WITH my hay. Nobody from the company reached out the next morning to say they're sorry about his bad behavior. Let's reschedule -nothing . No communications no apologies. No nothing. He just split and never looked back. I have been around horses a very long time and I have never had somebody just split . I'm not sure how they have stayed in business . Through it all Frank was difficult to reach and did not seem to care about all the damage he created on our property or the subpar work that his crews were doing. When I told him that I felt he was too busy to work our property and that if things didn't improve we would find someone else he replied "go for it." So we have. I personally think this person is trying to take on way too much and doesn't really care about the landowner whatsoever. He's in it purely for himself.

Gal told me they have no spot for walk in as it's filled up.. they told me to come back at 130 appt. I came back at 130- the gal set up the wash station. Water was luke warm, they handed me a 1- small hand towel to dry my 19 lb dog. That only covers the face. The vacuum set up was very hard so didn't use it as my dog was freezing cold. When I'm paying, gal Told me to tap and saw they're asking for tip. I did the work so no tip. Anyway, i would not come back.
