You see, Bean and her really had a special relationship. For a dog that always hated going in to get a grooming, I noticed the first day we met Shayna Bean had found not only her new groomer but also a buddy. In today's world, where "customer service" as we use to know it seems long gone.....that is NOT the case with these gals (Kayla & Shayna).
