The dessert options were absolutely amazing so I liked the churros I got and I think it was like a strawberry dessert. I got that was really good. I thought the brisket was amazing but their cornbread was cake. It was legit the softest thing I've ever had sweet throughout, but that's just talking about the food. The thing that really matters is the service these people clearly care every single person gave me a smile. All the people who are there are like the owners. I think it's run by two co-owners one from DC one from I think Boston and he named it Noah based off of his son. They were the nicest human beings I've ever met in my life. They always checked up on us making sure we were taken care of and the food was to our liking. And the ambience was amazing. It was very nice. The music was good. The space in that area was really good so good seating choices.

This is the best shit ever. I've never had a better barbecue in my life on God. If you think mall…read morefood courts are just for mediocre pretzels and generic bourbon chicken, you clearly haven't been to Noah's Ark BBQ at the South Shore Mall. This place isn't just good for a mall--it easily competes with the best standalone smokehouses in the area. From the second you walk up, the aroma of real, slow-smoked wood completely stops you in your tracks. I ordered the brisket and a rack of ribs, and to say it melted in my mouth is an understatement. The bark on the brisket had the perfect, peppery crunch, and the smoke ring was a work of art. The ribs were competition-grade: perfectly tender, pulling clean off the bone without being mushy. But the absolute star of the show? The glaze. Whatever secret wizardry they are putting into their BBQ sauce is unbelievable. It has this incredible, high-gloss shine that coats the meat beautifully. It balances a deep, rich brown sugar sweetness with just enough tangy vinegar and smoky kick to keep you coming back for bite after bite. It's sticky, caramelized to perfection under the heat, and completely addictive. The portions are incredibly generous, the sides (especially the mac and cheese and cornbread) taste like they came straight out of a Southern grandma's kitchen, and the staff is fast and genuinely friendly.

This was just fantastic…read more Our order was 6 ribs, collards and a tall boy of green mountain. It came with a complimentary PILE of thin pickle slices and pickled onions and they threw in a cornbread with a honey butter. The rub on the ribs was delicious in it's own right, and both barbeque sauces were a joy. There was a more traditional zingy barbeque sauce and a sweeter one. The pickles made me very very happy. The corn bread and butter was honestly the star though - I was so surprised. Corn bread is not an automatic favorite for me, by any means. We ordered at the take away counter, but we ate in and were given full table service. Once we got past our confusion regarding the table service it was very pleasant. The eating area was cute. I love the cow wall paper (and the chicken wallpaper in the bathroom) But the bench seating was a little weird and a little too high for the table. There was a TV on showing the game, but it wasn't super loud. We felt like the food was worth the price. Check the patriots schedule before you go - it gets caught in game day traffic. We would certainly come here again - but not on a game day.

Now Blondie have done a great job updating and improving the restaurant, dining areas, and turned the location into a welcoming BBQ restaurant. I have been wanting to stop in to try as I eat at all the bbq spots . I order ala carte a sausage, the smoked wings, small order of ribs, a side of shells and cheese. The ribs were very good and meaty and fall ofc the bone tender. The wings had a nice smoke flavor and heavy dry rub seasoning. found the dry rub a bit too much for me and wax more Texan or Kansas city style vs Carolina or Georgia style . A bit dry but with a dip in bbq sauce, they were good. The sausage was dry and expected more juice dripping out . The shells and cheese was very good with the shells cooked perfect, cheese and the toast crunch season on top was a plus. They offer free cold water which is courteous as I want in mood lunchtime for a Texas state beer. The girl at the counter taking my order was especially helpful guiding me how to order and checked on me twice to see how all was after I was served. I think this is a nice addition to the area and a real deal barbecue spot smoking the meat real deal. I'd like to see more options or specials ...burnt ends , a corn on cob summer option, cucumber salad or other sides, a honey biscuit or real deal cornbread with smoked corn kernels in the mix, A smoke biscuit and grilled shrimp tacos ? A 1/2 pound burger or smoked chicken sandwich... I figure the owner will keep figuring out what's popular as location draws alot of working types wanting a reasonable take out lunch to eat on the run in their truck and dinner crowds move local families in Foxboro for bbq feast. I'll stop in again to try the brisket or other items . Good to see a new restaurant there succeeding .

The platter contained two beef ribs that had no meat on top and a little meat around the sides.. There were two St. Louis ribs that should've had more meat on them.. There were three small baby back ribs that had the most meat of any of them. The platter also came with beans which were half contained in a water sauce. The ribs and the beans were doused with a very spicy sauce. It also came with coleslaw, which was dry and cornbread, which was mediocre. My husband had the chicken and brisket platter. It had the same spicy sauce. They came with the smallest sweet potato. I've seen in a long time and also the dry coleslaw and mediocre cornbread. To eat your food there was the cheapest plastic knife, and fork. The fork could only contain about three beans at a time. The knife was so bad that my husband took out his pocket knife to cut his food. If you wanted something to drink, you had to purchase it and that included bottled water. There were other beverages that I didn't recognize and there was no Coke or Pepsi. They were known napkins only rough, brownish paper on a roll that you pulled off pieces. At least there was a bathroom to wash your hands. We will never return
