My go to is Carne Asada Tacos. These are street tacos so I'd recommend 2-3 depending on your appetizers. Chips and Salsa are amazing. Anafre Fudido con Chorizo is also amazing. Get both as an appetizer if there are a few of you at the table. The Anafre is a version of Chips and queso that includes bean and cheese dip with chorizo served in a flaming warmer that keeps the cheese bubbling hot. I've also had the Columbian Empanadas and the Caldo de Res (Beef Soup) and both are amazing. The Caldo is a beef and vegetable soup your Mom would be proud of. It's amazing. I've been back numerous times in the short time I've known of the restaurant, I've taken my family and will continue going back as often as possible.
