Post-COVID, restaurants like this are paying premium food costs for sub par products, so I get it. Charge more, reduce portions, expect patience from clients until this reopening evens out. I see this place rising above its remote, out-of-downtown Bardstown location if it survives 2021. The chimichangas came with rice and beans, and the beans were like a paste. It went well with the salsa, sour cream, and rice.
