IT'S GOING to be A YEAR IN 8 Days and all I have is a panel that is the WRONG SIZE & Spray painted all the mistakes with spray paint instead of taking it back and doing it correctly! A ditch running along my entire driveway that was supposed to have a track and filled. A door that we had to strap down with a tie down so it wouldn't keep slamming against the curb because it was not put up with the correct parts.. I've been hearing EVERY EXCUSE you can imagine with NO SHAME!!Still having the audacity to ask for more money We gave him a 10k deposit last April (thinking he was going to be good since he was on THE HIGH END of quotes we got) DON'T Be fooled with this guy!! Juan is a fraud. He came and gave us a quote and we went forward with his company however he got paid and never completed the job or should I say he did not know how to complete the job. After months of trying to reach him he's been unresponsive and continuously makes excuses about his work and why he's unable to complete the job. I recently used Juan and his team to install a new electric motor for my gate at the front driveway . He came by and gave me a very reasonable quote. He returned on the promised date and did the entire installation in just a few hours. He was nice enough to program all our cars with the gate remote. He touched base with me a few days later just to make sure everything was working ok. To be honest, I am shocked Juan got 5 star reviews. He installed a gate for us months ago and it has had issues since Day 1. Juan has been unresponsive, flaky and completely unprofessional. He has made several promises to fix the gate but does not show up. (3-4 times) He is now completely MIA. Not to mention, our gate of only a few months is now rusting from the rain. Juan and his crew were amazing. Once prices were finalized they started immediately and completed the job very quickly. They use good materials for the fencing and the gates. The metal work and the powder coating is done by the workers and it looks nice. Price was good and installation was amazing with electrical for a full automatic functioning gate. He was very flexible with any extra requests that I had and implemented them with no problem. The concrete was filled back up and looks even better than before with great finishing. So when I called Juan I was very cautious of handing out a large deposit. He was very understanding and accommodating of my terms. The job was done in a timely manner.
