Upon entering, the mouthwatering aroma of delicious food being prepared I was so ready to order and enjoy my meal; however, as soon as I entered the restaurant, I was asked, "Welcome. Are you here to pick up an order, as we are no longer accepting walk-ins?" Sadly, I had to reply that I had not placed an order in advance, at which point I was advised that they were sold out of chicken, except for pre-orders. The staff were quick, responsive and friendly. The chicken was tasty and affordable. Place was clean and cool when I went to lunch. Only thing is that I asked for hot salsa, and it was on the plain side. Their sides, potato salad and Spanish rice, was also on the plain side. I think their chicken is tastier than Juan's Rotisserie and Juan Pollo but I think the other restaurants has better flavored sides. If I have the time, I would get the chicken from here and the side from the other restaurants. read more

They give you a boatload of sides with the Half Chicken Dinner!! My wife wanted chicken and got that and then some. Ordered her a Half Chicken dinner all white meat, potato salad, beans, coleslaw, serrano, flour tortillas and a drink $13.78. In the inflation era we live in that's a heck of a deal!! The staff greet with a smile happy to take your order. Speed of the order is quick I think I waited 3 minutes tops before I recieved it and the order accuracy spot on!! It's been awhile since I've been here. I was int he neighborhood and decided to pick up dinner before heading back home. I noticed they had a check in offer for 10% off. I placed my order and let the employee know I had that check in offer. He stated that the owner does not honor those but would be happy to double check for me. He went to the back and asked and the owner came out and waved me off (his way of saying "No"). Ok, no problem, but why not remove the offer? Instead of giving customers false hope' Got home and well the food was about the same as my first visit years ago. The chickens were on the small side and a bit dry. I was passing by Juan's Super Pollo Rotisserie Chicken. I decided to park my car in their Plaza and check the Yelp reviews. I was impressed by the great reviews that I read. Of course, I went in! The restaurant was very clean and had many indoor seating. The menu included various family pack, burritos, salads, nachos, chicken bowls, combos and daily specials. I ordered Mini Pack; It included a whole chicken, medium beans, medium rice, medium coleslaw, pico de gallo, tortillas and salsa (I chose my sides). I was happy to find out that they had fresh jalapeño which is my favorite next to any meal. I was really impressed from the speedy service. The staff were very nice and friendly. The chicken was juicy and well seasoned. The rice, beans and pico de gallo were fresh and flavorful. The tortilla was perfect. My family enjoyed their dinner. It was such a great place to try, in addition to the perfect quality of food and their excellent service. I will be regular here for sure! read more

This place is a little hole in the wall with minimal seating. Have been coming here since the take out days of the pandemic. Very straight forward rotisserie chicken spot, no frills just the basics. The chicken is always juicy and whatever seasoning they use is amazing. Services is quick and easy, 2 whole chickens for around $30 isn't bad. We got their Tuesday special $44.99. It came out to $51.82 w/tax & $2.00 card fee. apperantly the debit fee is a %percentage of your bill. The Chicken was VERY TASTELESS & dry. No flavor whatsoever!!!!. Never been here so don't know if we got a bad batch. The rice and potatoe salad however were very good. The Pico de Gallo needed more flavor, like salt. This place is in a crowded parking lot along with other eateries. Customer service was excellent with fast service to go. As for the "mini pak" consisting of a whole chopped rotisserie chicken, a few corn or flower tortillas, rice, beans, potato salad, and your choice of hot or mild salsa.....it was 7 out of 10 for me personally. My opinion may be biased as I compared it to the true Juan Pollo in Covina off Azusa. The flavor just wasn't there and it was dry chicken. The sides were just ok. I would rate this a solid 3.5 stars. The burrito I ordered was huge. It had beans, cheese, and a ton of shredded chicken. The chicken was really moist and tasty. My order came with potato salad that was ok but I'm not a huge fan of potato salad. They have a lot of specials on their menu for you to choose from, so you should be able to find something you want. The price is reasonable and the amount of food is generous - the chicken was moist and tender inside but seasoned perfectly and crispy on the outside. Been wanting to try this spot out, so I ordered the family meal to bring over to my dad's house. I wasnt impressed. Bad day maybe, but the chicken was dry, and the salsa had absolutely no kick. Spanish rice was ok. Didnt even care to try the potato salad, as I was afraid of a let down. Over all a 'meh' experience, which was disappointing, cus I had Super Juan at my friends house, who lives in Alta Loma, and her chicken was bomb. Considering I've been a customer since 2006 its about time that I post a review. We enjoy the family special at least once a month. The spouse will get a chicken burrito hold the rice every week. Note he loves the rice but does not like any rice in burritos. I like the nachos. The Company I work for has vendors that like to buy us lunches.
