I have been going to Jubilee for 3 years. I love the staff and the quality of work they do! Initially, I was getting a lot of colors and designs but have simplified my aesthetic and only do French tips with minor designs for holidays. They have never disappointed me! The staff has remained consistent and the new staff members fit in perfectly. The vibe of the salon is pristine, clean, and elegant. Love the decorations they do for holidays also. Highly recommend setting an appointment to guarantee committed time and service. Never had a problem until my regular tech left. Went to another (Tina) and one week after a gel manicure my right hand forefinger and thumb cracked at the edges. Now my right forefinger has a patch of polish completely lifted off, and other nails are catching on hair and clothes. She was informed of this and no effort was made to make it right. $25 tip. I won't be back, this is terrible business for someone using this salon for over two years now. Oh well, there's a nail salon on every corner and I will take my business there. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Regular pedicure $30, fine as most places are charging the same. Nail polish selection was limited and most of them had very little nail polish left in the bottles. The nail tech barely cut my cuticles or filed my toe nails. She pulled out the cheese grater looking tool and asked if I wanted her to use it (she did not speak English very well) I said sure as that usually comes with a pedicure. Thought she was just asking to be nice as some people are sensitive to it. As she's painting my nails they are coming out very streaky so I asked if she can fix it. Half the nail was still not painted and she was going to leave it like this. I asked her again to please fix the nail as it's 2 different colors and streaky, the nail tech next to her gets up and says " it's fine." As the paying customer NO IT IS NOT FINE! She added more polish it was globed on and looked terrible. Now I'm waiting for them to dry not even 5 min goes by and she comes back, puts the cheap flip flops on me and says I'm done. My nails were not even dried and she's kicking me out. When I went to pay this guy rings me up and tells me $37. I said no it was $30. He tells me that I added callus remover. NO I DID NOT. If you are going to try and charge me extra for something you need to tell us this. He said "well she asked you." No she did not she held up the cheese grater tool like she was asking if it was ok to use it on my foot, not once did she ask if i wanted to pay more money for something that should be included in a $30 pedicure. The quality of the work was good and the nail techs were efficient. The shop itself was clean and comfortable and there was a nice selection of colors to choose from. Those are all positive things, but the experience was tainted because I asked that my daughter and I be seated together and my request wasn't accommodated. I went in yesterday for dip removal and painting my nails (not a full manicure but just painting it since I didn't have time). I called day before a few places and got quotes for how much it would be. This place told me $18, so I booked here for the next day. I go in to my appointment and everything is okay so far. The first lady that soaked my fingers was extremely nice. When it was ready to come off, I was helped by a different lady, Mai. Into my appointment, she told me it was going to be higher than the amount that the person told me before. There was nothing additional added. I explained that I asked ahead of time and the reason I booked with them was the price was the lowest. And then she became RUDE. She asked me to then pay upfront before she finishes my nails. That was a bit weird but I did it anyway but She had so much attitude. And she rang me up, she asked me in a very rude way "what's the tip?" . I was already going to leave one, but I never had to get asked about that. When we went back to finish, I felt very uncomfortable. She was still extremely rude. Even when I left, I said thank you, while she was sitting in front of me, and got ignored. I wasn't sure if she just didn't hear me so I said thank you again when I walked out, she looked at me and still got ignored. I actually would have returned to this place if it wasn't for Mai. I had a horrible experience here yesterday. I called to make a same day appointment and to confirm pricing for a dip plus manicure. The front desk girl told me it was $45 for a dip plus manicure. Her words exactly, "yes, full service dip and manicure is $45". I went in an hour later, sat down with my nail technician who was clearly unaware that I wanted a manicure and seemed bothered when I asked her to do the manicure because she had already started. It's not my fault the front desk person didn't let her know, but I wanted a manicure and she was going to make a lazy attempt to do the manicure after the dip was done because she didn't want to have to start over. Once my manicure was done, I went to pay and my technician tried to charge me $55, the front desk girl confirmed she made a mistake, informing me of the wrong price. Since the front desk girl confirmed, she made a mistake, she should have honored the pricing she gave me which was $45 because all I had was $55, I was planning on tipping the technician $10. Instead, the front desk girl was OK with me paying $55 for the manicure and not tipping, the technician which is unfair. The front desk girl made a mistake and was OK with the fact that her mistake was going to cost her technician a $10 tip, not cool. Poor business practice. read more

My hubby and I have been coming here for almost a year. I have even reffered customers over too them. But in the last 4 appointments, the service has gone down hill greatly. Unless you do gel polish, you seem to be a waste of time. This last time was the worst. I got an older guy and he refused to do a design cause he didn't know how to do it. I asked if someone else could do it, he said no. Okay... I'm willing to pay for it and he doesn't want to go get someone else to do it.... I get ingrown toe nails since I stand a-lot. I asked him to cut the sides. He did on one and then I asked him to do the other toe and he tells me he did, when I was talking to my Nieghbor.... It's been two days since my pedicure and he sure didn't cut it at all. I also upgraded to the jubilee nail package. It's $10 more. U are supposed to get a mask and a sugar scrub upgrade.He mix the mask and scrub together to save himself time. I have never seen that done elsewhere. That should maybe be only a $5 upgrade max. There is more examples but I'll just list these. No matter how pretty it is here, the service is my top priority and I'm done. We will not be back. I did think that $18 for a basic manicure was on the high side but they did a good job. They did try to have me get my mani done while I was in the pedi chair, but I politely declined. I really wanted to like this place because I heard so many great things about it. My friend took me here recently to get a mani/pedi because it has been her go-to spot since the salon opened. While the interior is nice, the result of my manicure was not. Typically when you go to get a mani/pedi with a friend, the nail salon staff will seat you together. At Jubilee the owner had me sit in the pedicure chair, and my friend at the manicure station. We weren't able to be near each other during the visit even though the salon was basically empty. The day after my manicure the gel started cracking. I got my manicure after work around 5:30pm... and by 8:00am the next day it had cracks on several nails. I was bummed because I paid money and was going to Vegas the following week so I called the salon to have them re-done. The owner answered and told me he would do it but seemed annoyed, and told me that it was my fault because I was too rough on my nails? It had been less than 24 hours... Needless to say I did not return because at that point it was pointless. Anyway- I don't normally leave Yelp reviews. Ever. I have been coming to Jubilee Nails since they opened. Almost 3 years. I have never ever had a bad experience. I have gel polish. If you're going to choose a regular nail polish not gel, remember you get what you pay for. A quick polish change is going to be that. Regardless of the nail salon when you get regular nail polish you need to wait and let it dry. Regular polish takes a good hour to dry. It can smear if your going to use your hands. When you come to a salon who have vietnamese speaking people they will speak that. They are not being rude or talking about you, they are saying other things, most of the time the owners are directing the other nail technicians what to do next. I've seen clients be so demanding and rude. If your unhappy you should be upfront and say something politely. Not come in and scream and yell an hour later when yor smearing the nail polish with your own hands. My pedicures are beautiful. Chloe always make sure any ingrown nails are gone. She is meticulous with my nails. Yes sometimes I have to wait, because clients are late for their appointments. They are a busy salon especially on the weekend's and they move fast. I use to live near Jubilee Nails, I moved 30 min east and I only come here. When you find a clean, beautiful, friendly environment why change. The 1 star post on YELP makes me laugh. Jubilee owners deserve more respect. This Salon I would give a 4-5 star rating always. read more

I think I found my new nail salon! I've heard great things so I've wanted to come here since they opened. I finally was able to come in for a mani and pedi today. I brought a friend. We were both happy with the service and results. I met the owner Vince (did my mani), his lovely wife Chloe (had me seated and started my nail polish removal) and Dena (did my pedicure). They were all friendly and did exactly what I wanted. What I also love about this place compared to other places I've been to...they are very organized and offer a lot of great nail polish colors. I got a gel manicure with design and the middle package pedicure option with the scrub. It was $60 which I think is reasonable. I will be back and will definitely spread the word about this new spot in town. P.S. make sure you call and make an appointment. They've been open a month and already getting busy! read more

We went here and when we arrived I asked the guy that came to the front desk if he could work with her left hand. I explained that they will need to open her hand and do one finger at a time as she had a stroke. He asked has she had nails before I advised she had. This should have been our clue that they did not know what they were doing. He said the could. When they called us they took her to the other side of the room. They girl tried to get her hand to open but you have to have patience and work with her hand to loosen it up and the girl was not willing to work with her. At first, I would have left 2 or 3 stars until I talked to the owner and he insulted me and my intelligence when I explained my displeasure for the experience I had. My friend and I spent $80 each ($160 total plus the tips) on our full sets/pedicures to just have the gel paint chip off and then nails break within the first several days. When I finally had a second to call, the owner wanted me to come in to evaluate the nails which is totally reasonable; however, I live 40 minutes away and neither of us have time to sit there and have our nails fixed. So I asked Vince what would my options be if I got there and he evaluated the nails. He told me if it was my fault nothing, which angered me beyond all belief because at the time of the nail appointment, I paid for a full set and only had 5 nails replaced when I mentioned it the lady argued with me telling me the other 5 were fine (which is not the case because that's one of the ones that broke). After the duration of the 20 minute phone call, Vince continued to slander the other nail salons and myself. Poor customer service and nail job. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I am deciding to post this review since Vince went ahead and told me to go right ahead. read more

This place came highly recommended and I was told to get my nails done by Vincent but could not get an appointment with him. So my mom and I tried two other women. From the very beginning they were distant because they thought we were getting fills and pedicures when I had explicitly called in an appointment two hours earlier for fills and gel only, no pedicure. The quality of the workmanship was poor. My nails on each hand were not even, I kept telling the women to check and she insisted they were even and only fixed one nails. My mom was having the same issues. I told Tammi that there's parts of the fill that were not complete, and she just said that filing will clean it up. It didn't. I just got tired of telling her how to fix my nails. When all was said and done I paid $70 and both my mom and I were disappointed. The place is really beautiful and like I said it came highly recommended to get nails done by Vincent. It's the first day of my nails but some nails are so thick and uneven and others are thin, I'm just really disappointed oveaI wanted this to be my regular nail spot but this first experience has really soured it. My nail tech kept insisting that the nails I had done previously were not done well, but 3 weeks later and those nails still looked nice and were well filed and sanded evenly. My nails right now, though the color is pretty the nails just do not look good and I doubt will last more than a week.
