The worst burger and fries I've ever had. I am from out of town, and was craving a burger. Without looking up reviews, and based on the name, I assumed it had to be at least decent. I ordered the Mushroom Swiss Burger and Fries to-go. The burger was melted to the paper, so I had to peel the paper off the burger, the meat was chopped up, not even in patty form, so it fell out of the burger, and it had little taste and definitely was little to be desired. The fries were even worse! They were so soiled in oil they were limp and completely flavorless. I was afraid the to-go bag wouldn't last long before breaking because the fries were just thrown in the bag and it was soiled with grease. Safe to say I will never go back to any location or concept named Jucy's. read more

Peppered bacon has been discontinued for some time now but Black'n'bleu is still on the menu. Same price, same name but totally different (inferior) burger. What a shame! read more

This place is really great! They have beans that you can eat while waiting for your burger/food. It may seem like a simple homestyle appetizer, but they are the best you will ever have by far! The burgers are awesome and they have some great othet choices on the menu. I would normally rate them 5 stars, but they quit carrying the brownies I always ordered. read more

I was so hungry, so I'm sorry I forgot to take a picture. I'm not from around here, so I was driving around, looking for a place to eat lunch. I saw this place and it looked nice, so I stopped. It's clean and has great parking. I ordered a cheeseburger, fries and a coke and paid a bit over $11. The burger was delicious! The fries looked like they had just been pulled out of the fryer (all shiny), but they were actually cold (room temperature, maybe). They tasted good, but I expected them nice and hot. The customer service wasn't great. I felt as if I was rude for walking in and bothering them. No smiles, but I did get a very monotone and blank-eyed, "Here's your receipt. Your buzzer will go off when your food is ready. Have a nice day." The emoji matched her face exactly. I always appreciate good customer service, so I may not come back the next time I'm back in town. With out a doubt, the best burgers in east Texas. I have never been disappointed and I'm very picky. You are in for a real treat if you try the steak sandwich. It is bigger than the plate. Stopped here with some friends on our way back to LA tonight. Looking for something fast but different than the everyday fast food. Wife had patty melt I had cheeseburger. Was both very good!!! I love this location because they have amazing Fried Green Tomatoes. Great portion for the price point. Comes with a spicy ranch but I'm sure they would trade out for their regular ranch. Overall, the food here is great if you're in the mood for a greasy burger and some fries. The restaurant is laid out like a typical burger joint. The only thing I wish they had was a more descriptive and diverse menu. They had several types of burgers but nothing that says what exactly is on the burger. From what I could tell, you can only get a variation of the original burger fixings. I think the restaurant would do really well if they added some burgers with mushrooms, avocado pieces, or even fried eggs. read more

This is my favorite burger place in town. It's not fast food chain food, but what you expect from a local diner or burger place.

Does not adhere to posted hours of operation. Employees cleaning, slamming chairs and kicking up dust around customers. Hamburgers okay but fries cooked at too high temperature and not always done. Beans are the best thing. read more

Great place for burgers! The burgers really are "jucy" too. They have homemade french fries made from real potatoes. If you like onion rings, try these because they are huge and delicious. They provide complimentary pinto beans before the meal. The beans are spicy... just enough to tickle your taste buds but not enough to set your tongue on fire. Great place to enjoy a hamburger. Friday nights before a football is busy so plan for that if you are going around that time. read more

FAST service and friendly staff. The burger was very good and really "jucy". The only thing that prevented a 5th star was the too thick breading on the onion rings, a little over done and tough. Overall though will keep them on my list for meals when in the area. read more
