Drove in from Shreveport on 9-26-20 with my wife. We previously did the drive-thru a year ago. We wanted to dine/in this time. Once you get inside we found out that you have go to the register to order and pay first then you find yourself a table or a booth. They give you a buzzer to let you know it's ready and you go back up front and grab your tray of food. They offer you a complimentary cup of beans and they tasted ok. I ordered the chicken fried steak with a a side salad and onion rings and my wife had the cheeseburger and tater tots. The drink machine is the one like at Wendy's and Burger King with the multiple flavor mixes. Her burger was pretty good and I know this because she put 1/4 of hers on my plate . The breading on my cfs was seasoned well but not too much the cutlet part and the onion rings had like a peppered battered crust which was great. The white cream gravy was good and the Texas Toast slices were huge. I was so full from my food and partially hers. We enjoyed it. We're coming back to try the breakfast menu real soon or do lunch and try the bacon bleu burger I seen. read more

Jucy's is a great place for a burger. The French fries are handmade and vary from firm and potato-y to deep fried crispy, depending on the cooks on call, but I don't think anyone goes to Jucy's for fries. I'm from New Mexico and love Hatch green chile on burgers unfortunately this place doesn't have green chile but let me tell you the flavor makes up for it this is a great burger on a quality roll. I forgot to take pictures because I was so hungry. It takes a very confident burger joint to setup next to a whataburger and they have done a fantastic job period. The selection was amazing and the staff was super friendly. They helped guide us and I'm glad they did, this is bar far one of the best burgers I've had in a very long time and I highly recommend giving it a shot. This place is pretty slick. I like the all-you-can-eat beans; they're pretty tasty. I was disappointed that the only options with the CFS are some form of potato (fries, tots, baked) or onion rings. Some traditional southern slow-cooked vegetables would be nice. But I guess this is a hamburger joint that happens to have CFS? The gravy is nice and pepper, and the breading is tasty, but it took me a few forkfuls of crust before I found the actual meat. I felt like that old lady on those old Wendy's commercials - Where's the Beef? And once I found the beef, it was some of the toughest cube steak hiding under crust that I've had in a long time. Spent $35 on 2 burgers and 2 fries. I was greeted by a lady whom I think was a manager, rudely. She was more concerned with wiping trash receptacles. The manager (?) rudely summoned a cashier to the register, who greeted me by rudely saying "Yes?" Gave her my name for a pickup order, she snatched it off the shelf, put it on the counter, then turned and walked away. We love Jucy's food. This is a frequent stop for us. Most of our pictures and our 1st review are on Zomato. Overall JG score of many visits is 6/10 (+2 for good food, 0 for atmosphere, +1 for price, +1 for fountain Diet Dr Pepper, 0 for typical service and +2 for we frequently return) The burgers are great, the Cowboy Melt is awesome, the fries and onion rings are tasty.....mostly anything is good. Also nice to start off with some great complimentary beans. The atmosphere is okay with its wooden feel but the seating is not really comfortable and is tight and it can be loud inside too. You can easily eat for under $15 but also easy go over $15. They do have fountain Diet Dr Pepper and really anything else in those cool 100+ option machines. The service is friendly but only typical.
