I had been clear that we needed to get the insurance set up within hours. THEN, I called GM Insurance. We wanted to deal with someone physically in our geographic area. Hayk took AMAZING care. He hopped right on the system, got a lower rate than the other guy who ghosted and had the paperwork turned around - all in under 40 minutes from him picking up the phone for the first time. With insurance in hand, we fired it over to the broker, who then got the dealer to drop off the car. The whole things was done in one business day. The second guy ended up calling back end of day, but I had to tell him that his lag in responsiveness lost him the deal. Hayk was totally on it!
