You can't find a better place than Tires and More! Having problems with your engine? Need a parts replaced i.e., mirrors, door handles, etc.? Need a car checked out before you buy it? Need an oil change? Need an alignment? Need tires, new or used? Anything you need for your vehicle, this is the place to go. These people are honest, knowledgeable and have great prices. I viewed the comments and I can't believe someone would write such nonsense. Some people just have to say something bad about someone else so they feel better about themselves. Sad but true. People like that are annoying (I feel sorry for their mothers), but you can't hate them because they are obviously lacking control. We can take a look at the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) and YIKES ! You will find these types of people. Maybe they were off their meds when they wrote these ridiculous comments? It could happen. I guarantee that if you go to Tires and More you will be one happy camper. The BEST tire store I've ever seen. Almost brought tears to my eyes to have a company make me feel like they're on my side after so many bad customer service experiences. The "More" is the BEST part. I went to multiple tire stores around town, and one actually tried hard to sell me tires that were the wrong size, and didn't offer to put them on. None of the others offered any service other than tires, and didn't have them in stock, or offer to find them. I called Jesse on their day off, and he gave me information on when they're open, even quoted a price. I came in when they were open and dealt with Edward, and he made me feel like a friend right off the bat. They didn't have my tires in inventory, and within minutes he ordered some online. He didn't charge for that service. The tires will be in tomorrow morning. Alignment prices are good, and he was very knowledgable about Toyotas. He said come in tomorrow morning, and the entire job will be done in an hour or less. When I got there, he was working on a Mercedes, and that customer also says he loves the service at this location. It doesn't matter to me really, but the 2 men I talked to did speak excellent English, if that matters to some people. The location is excellent, right off 35, around restaurants and gas stations, on your way to Walmart. Very easy to find. Also the building is professional, and comfortable with chairs and AC. Truly a great find, with amazing customer service, good prices, and knowledgable people **HERE IS THE KICKER** My 2017 Corolla, I had never used the spare. It had a hole in it, and was unusable. Edward not only sealed the tire so I could get home, he also put it on at NO CHARGE. I will refer this to anyone. It is the best tire and more shop I've ever seen. I highly recommend it. read more

My transmission gave up in san Marcos driving back to Austin. Luckily I saw this shop. When I was inside I checked their reviews and they keep me real nervous to be honest. They fix my transmission, it took almost 5 days to get it done. I picked up on a saturday, truck did same thing once, before transmission gave up After that truck has been running perfect. Price was fair and attention was great. Hope never bring my truck there ever again( nobody likes failing cars), but reccomend you do it. read more

I took my vehicle here for a simple issue I had with a tire that needed a patch on it. Edward patched the tire and everything seemed fine until i got home and realized that the tire PSI was over 50! It was at 53 to be exact and my tires are rated at 35 PSI. I understand filling them to 36 or 38 but filling them up to 53 is dangerous simply a lack of care when it comes to work ethic or integrity. Will not be giving this business establishment any "more" of my business. read more

BEWARE!!!! Took my company truck there because it was not running well at all. Ed texted me "it's your fuel pump". I said fix it. Then he texted me that the truck was missing a little and the spark plugs needed changed. I said ok do it. Then he called me and told me I needed a timing chain. I told him to hold off and I picked the truck up. It was running worse now then when I took it to him. I then to the truck to Firestone and they told me to engine was shot. No compression in cylinder 6. I then confronted Ed about the over $850 in repairs he made that were not needed to fix the problem and did not fix the problem. I am so glad I did not change the timing chain for $1,100. Ed offered me free used tires for my new truck as compensation. They may be a good place to get tires, BUT DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE. read more

They always take good care of us and if they miss something or make a mistake they own up to it and make it right. Don't hesitate to take your concerns to Edward. He is honest and, at times generous. Plain and simple stay away. I'm reviewing them on the "More" portion of their name because quite frankly they don't offer more. I was in the market for a Jeep and the seller said this shop does inspections. Took it there was charged $80 for an inspection. Not bad at all. 5 minutes later the owner comes out saying it's done. I was honestly speechless. He tells me the Jeep is perfectly fine. I asked multiple questions he kept simply saying no no it's fine it's fine. He took my $80 and I went on my way. Two hours later I had $4,600 cash and was about to hand it over to the seller when all of the sudden my friend who is not a mechanic but knows cars points out 1. Rust on the driver side frame. Had eaten about HALF way through! 2. Standing water under the passenger side floorboard 3. Engine was extremely dusty which eluded to gaskets not being changed in quite some time (side of engine should be spotless to show for leaks) Not game breaking issues but definitely issues an $80 INSPECTION should've pointed out. I won't review their tires other than discount has cheaper prices by almost $100 and they offer free lifetime coverage on road hazards and accidents. Don't waste your money here. They don't know cars they know how to mount a tire and hike up their prices. read more
