The menu is a good mix of Indian, Nepalese and Chinese style dishes. The waiter asked about our spice tolerance and everything was made to order to match what we liked for heat. The atmosphere was laid back and everyone was friendly. I think one of the folks working the floor was the owner, or maybe owners daughter and she was really nice. It was a generic dish you'll find in every Asian buffet, nothing special. We learned that the ownership had changed, but it seemed like it was still a family business. The children were supposed to clean up the dirty dishes, but they didn't. We were surrounded with dirty plates, and none of the employees seemed to care. This was my first visit to Shalimar BBQ & Grill, and I can't compare my experience to previous quality.
