Choosing from a couple of dozen enticing choices wasn't easy; I went with a Mexican omelette. Served with pretty good home fries and very lightly buttered rye toast, I couldn't finish it. Little by little the small space with about a dozen and a half tables slowly filled up, yet I was never rushed. The second cup of coffee was s good as the first, and it was topped off by another friendly waitress (love teamwork). When I asked for a refund, I was told I needed to contact the third-party delivery provider because Dough does not process refunds for online delivery orders. I then contacted Toast, the platform used for the order, and was told they could not issue the refund and that I needed to contact the restaurant. I called Dough again, explained the situation, and offered to send a photo. I made it clear that I was not trying to get free food. I simply wanted the correct order. After being placed on hold, I was told that the melted cheese on the pizza was the burrata and that this was how they prepare it. I am including a photo because I have never seen burrata served this way on a pizza. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was incredibly disappointing. I was passed back and forth, offered no reasonable delivery replacement or refund, and ultimately told that the pizza was correct despite what was delivered.

First, being charged the full $80 price for a guest who did not attend was extremely shocking and disappointing. More concerning, however, was the manner in which Tom approached and addressed us. In all my years of dining out, I have never experienced such poor service or such an inappropriate attitude from restaurant staff. Although I was eventually provided with containers to pack some food to take home, the entire experience left me feeling deeply insulted and completely ruined what was meant to be a special Mother's Day dinner. This Tom, who I was told aa a manger lacks a professionalism to be a qualified one. He needs a major attitude change.

I took the lamb while my wife got the grilled chicken. The lamb was really good -- 4 small circular pieces loaded with herbs and sauces. Overall, the taste was honestly amazing. What I didn't like was the staff attitude. I understand fast food places are busy, but instead of explaining the ingredients properly, they were rushing everything. Also, unlike Chipotle, they don't really give extra rice easily -- felt like I was asking for something premium And seriously... does no one maintain cleanliness in fast food chains anymore? Tables and floors were dirty, rice all over the place. Anyway, food was really good... experience, not so much, hence 3/5
