Worst customer service ever at this location, longest wait time, and the people they hire can barely speak English. I keep giving this location a chance and each time I keep experiencing the same laziness, and yucky customer service. Came here last night (April 15, 26) at about 9:40 pm -10:00 pm ordered The New Cherry Berry protein smoothie advertised in the app and on the menu. The man at the drive thru said "they were no longer making the smoothie." So I just drove to another location, ordered a Cherry Berry Smoothie at that location no issue. This location is consistently lazy, and huge lack of service. If an owner is reading this, please do something so I can visit Tropical Smoothie more often. read more

held hostage in this drivethru right now & sadly it's not the 1st time...... 30 minutes and no movement, everyone behind us is laying on the horns we can't move. Nobody has come to address us. We tried to go through the front doors that say they're 24 hours -before 10 o'clock they have already closed and locked the doors I looked inside and you can see that all the orders are just sitting there. You can't back up you can't go forward. You're literally stuck in the line and every single car stuck in that line is laying on their horn. Then the girl working there says "sorry about the wait, I'm working overtime and we are short staffed" this is the usual for this location. This is probably the worse service I got from a drive thru ever , when I arrived I gave them my order , then I pull up to the window there was no one who greeted me to tell me to wait or how long it would be I sat there for 10 min just for the lady to give me the wrong order I don't know if is just shortage of staff at the moment but it was terrible service I think this place has some pretty good options for flavors and the smoothies came out decent not as flavorful this time but really just disappointed in the service If you get something I would recommend mango madness or the blimey limey read more

I got great service from Alex and Debra. I was served promptly and with a smile. Alex gave us a few suggestions, told us about the new smoothies they were offering. Whenever my wife and I are in Las Vegas - usually to visit my dad - we go with him to this particular location of Tropical Smoothie Cafe. This trip we were helped by Alex and Debra who were fantastic. They were very friendly and helpful when we were choosing what to get. My dad has his usual mango magic smoothie, my wife went with a coffee concoction, and I went with a Tropical Passion at Alex's suggestion (loved it !!). The place was spotless and had a steady flow of customers inside and through the drive-thru lane. Our order was prepped quickly and delivered to our table. Felt like we were at a fine dining restaurant with such service. Needless to say, we will be back in town soon and are already looking forward to another visit to this store. read more

Usually don't write negative reviews but the last two times I have visited during the overnight hours our That chicken wraps are not wraps but slop. The wraps are not being wrapped tightly and fall apart instantly. They are given to you flat not round. Same team member for both orders. Selected banana was very poor shape as well. Please correct. I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe! I always order the mango Madness smoothie. That way I get a lot of pineapple into my system. It is so delicious. I've also tried the sunrise sunset and one of their sandwiches. Still dying to try one of the acai bowls and the new Lilo spirulina smoothie. Great way to cool off during the Vegas heat! Review written 1/26/2026: I came around 6AM to pick up my Sunrise Sunset. Since the location I usually go to was closed, I went here since it was the second closest location to me. I just wanted to say that the Sunrise Sunset's I get from here are always watered down. The other location I go to off of Charleston and Hualapi is a lot tastier, but that's okay, I still managed to enjoy this version of it. As for customer service, it was okay. Giving a 1 star is to many stars!! Went there after a long day of work to buy 3 salad bowls for me and the family . Seemed like a 12 year old was by himself making all the orders late at night . Handed him 45 dollars for a 42 dollar order. He took the money and said he needed time to count. . Then decided to count twice looked confused and instead of giving me change he grabbed my order and said have a good night. I at that point told him he can keep the change. Got our hands on tropical smoothies today! So many flavours to choose from and very interesting names too. My husband got chia banana boost which is mix of cinnamon, oats, peanut butter, chia, coconut cream and banana ( very breakfasty ) tasted more like peanut butter toast and I ordered mango magic which is a blend of mango, pineapple and non-fat yogurt! Couldn't taste the creaminess of yoghurt, it was more water based! I enjoyed my drink which definitely tasted tropical ;) All of their drinks were 8$ which isn't bad for 24oz ! Should be -10 stars!! I just started going to the Flamingo location because the one by my house doesn't open until 7, which is when I need to be at work. I found another location near my work that opens at 6am but the girl that opens is ALWAYS late. Discovered this location because it's on my route and open 24 hrs. I arrived at 5:50a and the guy immediately tells me he can't take my order because he's on his break and that I have to wait until his co-worker gets there in ten minutes. Really? You couldn't take your break when your co-worker got there? I told him I'd wait. When he came back he said, "what do you want?" I gave him my order and he says "we don't have that" I asked what do you mean you don't have it, and he yelled at me "because we don't have it! Bye!" I said I still wanted to place an order. He yelled at me again, "what do you want?!" I gave him my order but ended up just driving through because I didn't trust that he wouldn't do something to my drink. Went with my family yesterday. Been there several times and it's always been slow service but they are right by my house. If I could give -10 Star review I would. Most unprofessional experience I have ever been exposed to. If you hate your job you can find a different one but don't be rude and disrespectful to a post mates driver who is only trying to do their job. I made a postmates order, waited about an hour for it, only to find out the driver was waiting for them at the drive through the entire time, even honked and knocked on the window. The lady working inside deliberately ignored the driver. I tried calling the store and the phone was hung up on me. It was pretty obvious even as you handed them to me, that they weren't. I didn't have the energy to fight about the missing amount from both smoothies this evening, but I did have the energy to take pics so you can see that I was shorted the top 2 inches of both smoothies, and considering it was $18 for the two, that's a fair amount of money that I overpaid.
