Daily Detox: Carrot, green apple, lemon, ginger, with beets. No cucumber.
    Ash S.

For some unknown reason, my body will go against me and crave something that doesn't involve ample amounts of grease, carbs, cheese, and something insanely spicy getting washed down with alcohol. You know, something healthy. One day, I was really craving beets. But I really couldn't justify buying and eating a can of them just like that. Besides, I was at work at the time and that'll be too weird. Even for me. After 10 minutes of Googling, I finally remembered that one of my coworkers treated me to a smoothie from Juice Generation. Thank God because googling "Places that are like Jamba Juice but are not" wasn't getting me anywhere. Perusing the menu, I settled on the Daily Detox, which is a Juice made with carrot, cucumber, green apple, lemon, and ginger. Since I was ordering online because I was in a time crunch, I omitted the cucumber and added the beets. My precious beets! I ordered the 20z of it. I hit send and went to pick it up. The interior of Juice Generation reminds of every juicing place: a lot of wood paneling, refrigerators filled with health elixirs, and the smell of the produce aisle of a supermarket, however, not as oppressive. Just produce aisle adjacent. The employees work in a small space but they're like a well-oiled machine. They sometimes have change roles quickly and they do it effortlessly. I can only imagine the insane amount of orders, both in person and online, they have to keep track of. Considering the neighborhood, it's only more imperative that they continue to do an impeccable job. For such a high stressed job, they're so sweet and personable. Now, for my drink: The Daily Detox: it was delicious! Did I feel healthy? Did I energized? Did I feel amazing? No. But I did get my beets. That was the plot of this whole tale. However, I did like the vibe of Juice Generation and have gone back repeatedly. Although, it hasn't been for the Daily Detox. My body has learned not to go against me anymore. Now, my favorite is the Peanut Butter Split, with oat milk and agave, omitting the frozen coconut milk, with extra peanut butter.

Went in for a juice today. I wanted strawberry and orange juice and they made it for me. There was a bit of a misunderstanding about what I was hoping for as it was more of a smoothie than a juice. The strawberries were frozen and blended with orange juice. It ended up being good just not quite what I was expecting.

I feel like I can bash juice generation all I want, but truly it does hit the spot. Every smoothie I've had has been fresh, and I so appreciate that they pour the extra smoothie into a cup for you so that they don't waste any. I've only ever had the mucho mango and the strawberry one. The mucho mango does not taste like mango! It is literally just blended up orange juice with some various fruits on the side. Nevertheless! I get it a lot! It's some good blended up orange juice! Do I wish it tasted a little more like mango? Yes, I do! But I will take what I can get. The major major downside is how expensive these smoothies are. Paying over $10 for blended fruit hurts the soul. Why are healthy things so expensive? Let's talk about it. All that to say, it's definitely a once in a while type purchase.

Juice Generation is busy at this location. I haven't had juice but I'm a fan of the organic muffins. One day I'm going to try the baked Strawberry Donut. The prices for pastries is kinda high $3.65 a muffin. I read the ingredients and everything in them is organic. I've had the Blueberry and the Pumpkin. I preferred the Blueberry. The spices in the Pumpkin were a little much. The employees are friendly and efficient. Like I said it's busy so get there early. When I walked by on my way home at 12:30pm the line was out the door. This is the only Juice Generation location I've visited. I'm happy I did.

    Mucho mango - $9.95

I got the mango mucho from here and it was tasty, especially on a hot day in the summer, but it cost $10 (plus tax) and didn't taste like mango at all. All in all, it tasted good but not sure I'd pay that much again for a smoothie. It also took a really long time for orders to come out, so there were at least 5-6 people waiting inside for orders for like 10-15 minutes (some looked like they had waited even longer than me). They also have acai bowls on the menu, which a few people ordered. The smoothie was also more ice-y that I would've liked.

This location is right next to a Levain Bakery. I got the purple pineapple smoothie without coconut. It really hit the spot on a hot summer day!

Ordered an acai bowl to go. Had to wait some time, about 15 minutes. From my personal experience, I have definitely tried better acai bowls, plus they give you just a little peanut butter which is sad, and I wish there were blueberries as well. But one more star for the delicious granola and cacao nibs

Date: 3/30/2024 Time: 12:19 pm love this place to death, but this is my last time coming here. Having a dog inside the establishment, where they dispensing any form of food.

    Price of my smoothie/receipt

Decided to come get a smoothie after pushing myself during my HITT Yoga session and I'm very pleased! The smoothie I got was the Plant Protein Buzz which features plant milk, açaí, blueberries, banana and plant protein. It was very refreshing and a good portion size. Wait time on average was about 4 minutes considering the short line. Pricing is a bit pricey than what I'm used to but I also consider it worth it after a hot yoga/workout session every once in awhile. Definitely recommend if you're in the area and in the mood for a yummy smoothie!

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service and Spoiled Produce - Request for…read moreInvestigation and Cash Refund I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my shopping experience on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at approximately 4:00 p.m. During checkout, the cashier working at Register #7 was using another cashier's login credentials. She appeared rushed because she needed to correct a mistake and, instead of handling the situation professionally, she was rude, impatient, and disrespectful toward me. No customer should be treated in this manner. To make matters worse, after arriving home, I discovered that the fruit I purchased--including the figs and grapes--had a very unpleasant aftertaste and were clearly not fresh. I spent more than $48.00 on produce that was of unacceptable quality. This entire experience was extremely disappointing and falls far below the level of customer service and product quality that any customer should expect. I am requesting the following: A full cash refund for the spoiled fruit I purchased. A formal investigation into the actions of the cashier at Register #7, including why another employee's login credentials were being used. A review of your customer service standards and produce quality control to ensure other customers do not experience the same treatment and receive substandard products. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to your supermarket. This was my first visit, and it will be my last unless significant changes are made. I expect a prompt response regarding this matter and the resolution of my refund request. I have the receipt with the time, names of both cashiers and items purchased!

Their bakes really are that good. I especially love their desserts. My favorites include the tres leches cake, chocolate cake, berry chantilly cake, tiramisu, and sticky toffee pudding. These are frequent purchases in my household, and I'd even say they rival desserts from many local bakeries. Their baked goods are equally impressive. The vegan croissants are surprisingly delicious, and that's coming from someone who doesn't typically eat vegan food. They're better warmed up though, as the heat brings out whatever vegan butter they use. I'm less enthusiastic about their gluten-free offerings. While the flavor is decent, the texture is a bit too airy and slightly gritty for my taste. These definitely tasted gluten-free. I am a bit cross with Whole Foods for shrinking their cakes while increasing the prices. Three years ago, their tiramisu almost filled the entire plastic box. Now it's been reduced to nearly half the size! I'm so irked by the flagrant shrinkflation here. I hope Whole Foods does something about it.
