I was very impressed with the service at this Juice it up. I walked in on a Sunday and there was one girl behind the counter but is handled the line like a pro. Service with a smile and turned around our smoothies pretty fast. I had the Mango Madness and the smoothies was very good. Went here before I had work, gave myself more than enough time, who would've know it would take 20 minutes for an acai bowl. Not to mention my order having warm fruit and being skipped for the group who came in after I ordered and waited. I usually don't write negative reviews but the service here is ridiculous. I called multiple times to order a drink 40 minutes before closing and no answer. So I decided to drive there and when I get there and when I order they said if I can order a something different from a juice since they already washed the juicer. Anyone else notice they got smaller cups, and ounce sizes became "Small, Medium, and Large"? Oh, and the prices stayed the same?! I asked the worker there if the cups got smaller and she replied with a very short, "yes" without even looking at me. I get it, things are changing, but she could have been a little more polite and at least looked at us, but what else is new? Their workers are always slow, rude, and looking like they hate life. I love this Juice It Up store! I used to go to the Juice It Up off Daycreek more frequently but now I come to this store all the time! The staff is super friendly, helpful (when I don't know what to order), and gets drinks and food out relatively fast- sometimes before I even get a chance to sit down! The staff is big part of the reason I come to this store, honestly. They make the experience so much better. I typically get the 50/50 bowl which tastes like an Orange Julius with granola, honey, and bananas on top. This is the best Juice It Up around!! read more

Love Juice it Up but man this location has a hard time following their operating hours. Multiple times I've coming in the morning to get a smoothie before work and they are not ready by their 7 am opening. Sometimes, there isn't anyone even in the building, let alone ready to be "open". Jasmine and jesha or chesha (don't know what her name is) have given me the most horrible service. I don't know what I did to them. Every time it go in, I make sure I smile and say hi and I get nothing In Return. After I placed my order with jasmine I thought "okay I'll still be nice and say thank you". She ignored me and walked away. So I said thank you again and still nothing. I bet her co-worker will try to cover for and say she did say "you're welcome" but she didn't. I wouldn't just make this up. You can check the cameras. I really like this juice it up the owner is super friendly and Rebecca is awesome, she has NEVER been rude. But as long as they're working there I'll most likely be avoiding this juice it up for a while. Sad that I have to do that. read more

One of the worst juice it ups I've been to. Their lack of customer service is ridiculous. Have come in multiple times to the employees in the back and playing music so loud to where they can't hear I've walked in. Also asked for a bagel with butter and they used spray butter with a completely uncooked bagel. I was truly unsatisfied in all aspects of this location. read more

I started going here with my larger orders because a different Juice company down the street got upset because my orders were too large and slowed their operations. The owner is super cool and grateful for my business. They go out of their way to make sure my orders are correct and completed in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this place. read more

So I literally just walked in there and order a regular medium strawberry wave. I notice that the girl who making it made a lot for just a medium. I don't think she knew exactly what she was doing because she started counting the lines on the blender. So she pours two cups a large and medium and hands them to the lady that was in front of me. the lady before she walks out says. Does this have the extra banana and the girl who works there says yes. so then she takes the blender with the remaining smoothie mix and adds ice blends it then serves my cup and gives it to me. so then I ask. So that has extra banana ( I didn't want extra banana) she says no. and I am looking at her like I just heard you tell the lady yes. she then takes the blender again and adds just more strawberry. And hands it to me. I honestly couldn't believe it. she should've made hers and made mine separately. She diluted the smoothie two times after the original one. this is my second bad experience here. the first one another girl didn't add ice to my smoothie. read more

Every single time I go to this location I am so disappointed. I have decided I will no longer go back, I also go back because it's the closest & most convenient to my house but I'm done. Every time I go I leave in the worst mood. The girls are usually rude, then I tried to give my number so they could put in my rewards card & the girl told me she would do it after the transaction & as soon as it was done she said "Oh no It won't let me sorry!", that was $20 worth of drinks I lost out on on my rewards card, the she told me that next time she would give me $5 off & the next time I went in they all acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Before I always had a problem with the pitaya bowls because they would always leave something out or they would make 3 & one would have way less than the others. These bowls & drinks are not cheap so they should not make then any other way than the way they are supposed to. I guess I will just drive farther because I will not come back to this one. read more

I love juice it up and have been to many locations in the past. At this place the service was quick just like at any other and the smoothies and bowls tasted decent. That being said, the customer service varies from employee to employee. I have gotten two girls working there that weren't very nice and didn't seem happy to be there. They spoke so quiet and monotone. The girl who took my order was so bitter and didn't even ask if I wanted a receipt. When my bowl was ready I was the only customer there and the girl just placed it on the counter and said "passion bowl" so quietly while completely avoiding eye contact. I know we all have our bad days but I went in there with a very positive attitude, I was very nice and respectful when placing my order and I genuinely thanked them. If a customer goes out of their way to be nice to you the least you could do is be nice back. I went back a few days later and a different employee was there, a young black woman, and she was very nice, enthusiastic and professional! The drinks are always good. read more

I came here on a Saturday there was no one in line before us. It was just me and my boyfriend the cashier was not very attentive and was having a conversation while taking my order. After taking my order we say to wait 3 boys came in and order they received there drinks and we still sat there waiting. Then another man ordered and still we had no drinks. When we finally said something they said your ticket must have gotten lost. We waited 30 mins with no one asking us what drinks we had or if we were doing okay. There are too many teenage workers in here with no one to supervise. They showed no remorse. read more

Every time I have come into this juice it up the employees either get the order wrong or plain forget the order...I have given it three tries thinking maybe there may be different employees who are somewhat professional...three strikes.
