I didn't know when ordering smoothie bowls at this particular location, we had to specify the consistency of the base. I came in to order two smoothie bowls and I walked out with smoothie soups and the granola became soggy within a couple of minutes. If this is how they're made all the time, you might want to suggest to the customers to have the granola on the side, if not, hopefully they read this. I would have gladly went back inside and requested a new one but the line got long and I had no more time to wait after waiting long enough for the girl to begin making the bowls in the first place... and I was the only customer at that time. I know it was tough that there was only one person working behind the counter with 10 people waiting, but that doesn't excuse her for making my drink incorrectly. I ordered the Immunizer and when I got my drink, it was straight up celery and apple. I've had this drink before and I know darn well that it should have been really green with kale and spinach, but I got a clear, light colored juice. I normally would have gone back in and told her, but I was running late and I didn't want the others waiting longer than I had to. But I honestly would have preferred to wait a long time for my drink made perfectly, rather than be rushed out with the wrong drink. Took 25 minutes to make One of the greens drink. Made 10 drinks before mine. WASTED most of my lunch and had to scarf down my drink. They even made multiple orders who ordered after me first. Very accommodating On Thursday this location was very busy. However I purchased a energizer and it was thick and chunky. I was very disappointed because these drinks are not cheap. I drink them up to four times a week. So today is Saturday and I decide to give them another chance. Mind you there is another location less than one mile from here, I explained what happened earlier in the week and they just gave me a new drink no charge. That is how business should me done. Five Stars to the girls who work in the morning. I wish I was a better patron and knew their names but I don't. I know "Lilly"? Is awesome and there's another girl who's just as awesome. They know mine and my co worker's orders when we walk in and there's always a Smile, and our drinks are made PERFECT. Pineapple Delight is good, it's lower in calories and has sugar free yogurt, which makes me feel healthy. Now, minus one star for the girls who work in the afternoon. One had her friend hanging out with her in the back. She made my drink waaaaaay wrong and it had almost no fruit. She was too busy chatting it up. Minus one star for the owner, who smiles and says "hi" from the back but very rarely helps unless the lines are way long. Everything was great except that for the small size drink, they cut the regular straw in half and use the halves for the straws. Which makes sense- it's efficient. I just wished they had made a clean cut? The straw had rough edges and I think I also swallowed some plastic. I don't recommend using the small straws... just use the regular ones unless you don't mind cutting your mouth or swallowing plastic. read more

The location is is easy to find and the place itself is clean. But the staff didn't seem to want to be there. Maybe I came at a bad time. I have been here about a dozen times, and I always get the same thing. I always get the acai protein bowl. I have never had a complaint until today. The acai blend itself was fine, but the bananas she put on top were so disgusting. They looked like they were left in the sun for about a week. I tried to eat it, but I couldn't. The service at this store has definitely changed from the past. The staff is not friendly at all, they take a while to come out from the back of the store then stand at the register until you assume they want your order. Once it's done they set it on the counter and don't say a word and walk to the back again.
