Honestly both times I've ever ordered here the smoothies I got were horrible. First time the young ladies working there were willing to help me out and remade the smoothie and it came out better but the second time I just came both smoothies were super bland and had no flavor. It looked like the manager may have made them so idk if he's just greedy with the ingredients or what but they weren't very good. I only say this because this is the only juice it up that has given me far below average quality on our smoothies. They usually make my drinks pretty good (most days) So no complaints on that. But, the last couple times the customer service hasn't been that great. It's like "we're bothering" when we order. I am so upset for the past 10 years I stop at Juice it up in Moreno Valley off of Day Street. Well moved to Hemet went into this store. Omg it's dirty from the outside and I'm big on first impressions. Hemet location gets a 1 disgusting then I walk inside. The two young ladies are behind the counter on their phones one scratching her hair and then asking with gloves on and then asked me what would I like not professional no customer service skills at all my hat goes off to the Jamba Juice in Moreno Valley. I have been coming to this location since they opened. Bianca has always been consistent with her costumer service and leadership. When she isn't there the service is just as Great and consistent. Nice young lady helped me at this location today, however, I later found out that juice it up was offering Service members /veterans a treat today! I wasn't offered this treat or asked if I was a veteran, I did not know that you guys gave us something today one of my daughters friends told me about it when she saw me with the Juice It Up smoothies for my family. I wasn't in uniform, however it would've been nice to have been asked, or have it posted, so the shy employees don't have to ask every customer. IDK . I'll go back to this location , just would've appreciated being acknowledged. The smoothies usually taste pretty good, but I keep having trouble with mobile ordering ( this location) and customer service. I feel like training is missed a lot. No communication between employees, not taking orders correctly, which ripples to other making them order wrong. Also employees not paying attention to the tickets. They offer specials but only if you mention them. A family that was in there, the same time I was, saw the family pack special and mentioned after they ordered. The girls were like ya it would have saved you.... And said nothing after that. A good cashier would have offered the special based on their order that was taking place . The last review I left was about 4 years ago, a little over I believe and this place is still bangin'. All of their staff are fantastic and never - despite how busy they can get - do they seem anything other than cheerful and helpful. Ariel and I believe her name is Chaveah are the ones that I deal with the most during the afternoon after I get off work and they're always incredible and welcoming. They call the people they know by their name and have always provided excellent customer service and are always so very quick to help everyone who comes through the door. This place is my go to for a quick healthy morning pick me up! I start with a ginger shot and then a energizer smoothie. The smoothie is made with apples, spinach, ginger and other goodies. I always get the same guy when I go and he is very friendly, answers all my questions and even let's me know about all their promotions. Will definitely continue going here! read more

I've been to this location twice in the last week, the first time I went in I was on my way to work I had 30 min to spare and spent that whole time waiting on my drink I ordered a raw juice drink, they screwed my drink up twice and I couldn't wait any longer so I left to go to work. The manager at the time gave me a paper that said I got a free drink. I go back a second time give them the paper that says free drink and the girl says you can only get a medium smoothie since the note wasn't specific about what drink I get. I told her I don't want a smoothie, I want a medium raw juice because that's what I ordered before. So she said ok and proceeded to make my drink it took 15 min to make it. In the mean time off duty employees are coming in making drinks for their family and chit chatting with each other. Both times we were there that happened distracting the people making the drinks. I've always been a Juice It Up fan, but the razmatazz at Jamba Juice reeled me in over any Juice It Up flavors. Now that the Jamba Juice in town has closed (still a surprise to me), I go to Juice It Up. The employee who almost always takes my order is I believe the owner. Really nice guy. In fact, I've never had a negative experience as far as staff friendliness goes. So that's a plus. The flavors are great too! I stick to Seabreeze Squeeze (my very favorite) and Melon Madness. The managers of this store have some special deals going on nearly every visit I make. Yesterday, they offered a "family pack" after 5 pm where each member of the family gets a drink (two large, two original I believe) - for 13 bucks. That's a good deal. This place is consistently disappointing. I've been in several times, and each time I notice filthy floors, a kitchen area in disarray, and improper use of the juice extractor... I almost always buy something with carrot juice in it (Carrot Patch, etc), and invariably, the juicer isn't washed out before my smoothie is made. It ends up tasting like spinach and ginger. I just left about an hour ago after reluctantly going back for "one more chance." The young lady attempted to rinse the juicer, but started extracting my carrot juice before the rinse water had finished coming out of the spout. Yep! Disgusting!! So, I got a watery, improperly made Carrot Patch (again), and it hardly had any fresh carrot juice in it. It tasted like carrot/kale/ginger rinse water. I'm done. I will not be back. Very displeased with juice it up each time I go there you have to stand outside in 100° weather why the staff inside is nice and cool with 6 foot glass all around them. I went in there today and they demanded I put a mask on. I asked why when the mandate has been lifted they refused to serve meWithout a mask. And of course after you order your drink you must go back outside. I love juice it up I go there a couple times a week but after today I will no longer be going there. I had an amazing experience with the staff. They were ok with me customizing my own sweet green juice which tasted bomb. Haven't been here In a long time, my strawberry wave was not good, didn't taste fresh to me, also I don't remember a strawberry wave staining my tongue, there was no taste of banana, and even less taste of strawberry.
