Haven't been here In a long time, my strawberry wave was not good, didn't taste fresh to me, also I don't remember a strawberry wave staining my tongue, there was no taste of banana, and even less taste of strawberry. I love juice it up! Just not this one! Me family and I were settling for this one when we couldn't go to our favorite one in riverside/moval off day st by target! I walked in Abby was directing a vendor with placing oranges on the counter, she gave me little eye contact & said hi, then continued with the vendor, starting making him a fresh squeezed OJ shoot or boot,I'm still waiting,Abby gave no more eye contact or anything PERIOD! I asked, "is someone going to help me"? At that point I noticed KaLonnie or CaLoney,(sorry @ spelling) , so Abby asked her to assist me while she finished with the vendor, I've come here many times in past because I work in the area, & I love the Açaí Berry Bowl! I think this is a terrific local business. I have gone there numerous times. Service is polite, friendly and professional. Love, love my juice and "bowl"s. I am fast becoming a regular and recommend this to anyone interested in juices, smoothies etc. Kudos to the owner and staff. The friendly neighborhood feeling is a bonus. Clean, welcoming, inviting store. Plenty of options to choose from on the menu or you can make your own raw juice concoction. I blended my own raw juice and it was just what I asked for and only tool about 5 minutes even though my 2 friends were in front of me. One got the acai bowl and I can't say I was to impressed. $10.50 for a large juice seems a little steep for fruits and vegetables. But you'd spend that much on fast food anyway and your body will be much happier after a fat glass of juice. read more

I love this place! It has the best smoothies. My favorites are the conga lime and the melon madness. The manager and employees are very nice. It can be noisy inside and the prices are expensive, but the quality of the smoothie is great. Would definitely recommend. read more

Good selection of drinks, customer service is always great and they have pretzels! Every time I come here, I think of my Jamba Juice closing down in Hemet awhile ago. So sad when that happened. But, Juice it Up does have some good choices and healthier options and they always make the drink fast. Conveniently located in Wal-Mart shopping center. I live in Temecula, but work in Hemet. This is the only Juice it up that fills my Acai Bowl with all Granola & a splash of acai... ive gotten it twice here with the same results.. Every single time I enter there is always an amazing worker named Emily who would be super friendly and always making my order absolutely perfect . It always has the best service . Only thing I would say is it's inconvenient for them to give honey packets instead of using a squeeze bottle . read more

So I would give it ZERO stars, as I was not even able to walk in and order ANYTHING. Pulled up at about 9:15pm and there were what seemed to be a bunch of employees clearly making smoothies (personal order Im assuming) because as soon as we pulled up a girl inside runs and puts up a hand written note that reads, "Sorry for the inconvenience, be back in 10min" first off, it was EXTREMELY rude to put the sign up at the moment we pulled up as they literally watched us about to get out of our car, all while they were CLEARLY making smoothies. There were about 4 ppl behind the counter at the time. Anyhow, after that, two guys behind the counter making smoothies proceeded to finish their own order and walk out with multiple smoothies. After they walked out, the young girl who put the sign up, locked the door and the rest of the staff walked into the back. Anyways, luckily I just got off of work and was too tired to wait the ten minutes esp after how rude that whole scenario played out, cuz i would have probably let them know all of this in person. Definitely a fan of this place, now. Moved back to Hemet recently to find no Jamba Juice. Was a bit iffy, not one to embrace change. But this place does it right. The raspberry craze smoothie is all I order and it's all i need. Literally been here 10 or more times(family loves it too) since I've been back(for 3 weeks). Only thing is, being in the military made me an early riser and the guy doesn't open up shop till 8 am. Other than that, great service and yummy smoothies. read more

The experience here was not the greatest. My beverage taste outstanding although the trouble that I had getting it made was a different story. I explained that I have food allergies prior to paying for my order and further explained that its life threatening and that there was a need to use new and clean utensils. I observed her go to the back, bring out the same utensils (which she claimed to wash), then place them back in the same water well that she initially took them from prior to remaking the beverages for my family and I. Furthermore, I had to subsequently ask and explain three additional times and ask for a refund before they person preparing the drinks would comply. This was my very first time visiting this establishment and I don't think that I will be returning because I had a small allergic reaction. This is rather unfortunate as the beverage I ordered didn't have the items that I'm allergic to. A customer's health and safety should always be their number one priority especially when throughly informed. read more
