I stopped at this location after gym to get quick protein shake and ordered a medium the zone drink which was $10. They made me a drink that tasted like water down strawberries it was the worst protein shake also that drink i oredered does not even have strawberries in it. I think that the workers just hurry to make the drinks without making them correctly they need to take more pride in their work. You never know who is going to be visiting your establishment even so they do get paid for what they do and also ask for tips. I would have went back for them to remake it but I live about 20 minutes away so I drank like two drinks and tossed into the trash. I won't ever go spend money there again. read more

This is usually my favorite place to get smoothies since they are SO SMOOTH! Never any ice chunks and there's minimal berry seeds too. This visit was a little tough... There was only one girl working - doing cashier AND making all the smoothies. I got an acai bowl and she had to finish up 4 smoothies before even taking my order. But when I need a pick me up or have a sweet tooth I can't go wrong with real fruit ingredient smoothies or juices from their favorites menu . I recently visited at night and unbeknownst to me I arrived 5 minutes prior to closure and I was impressed to see that staff treated me with open arms. Although I was reluctant to place an order, I was assured they were glad to serve. This positive attitude is hard to see from staff at fast food places nowadays. My smoothie was perfectly blended , not too thick not too watery . Price averages 6-8$ for smoothies, ranging from small medium and large cups. Their additional boosts are always worth trying! I went out of my way to come to this location. I ordered a California cooler. I almost always get this particular flavor. I have been craving this smoothie for a while. I'm not a fan of Jamba, so.. I had to come to juice it up. First, I was sad to see how much the price increased on a medium smoothie ($7.29). But with the price increase everywhere it was expected. But really what bothered me is how bland my smoothie was. This one's typically full of flavor with lime, pineapple, and coconut flavor. This one tasted like they forgot half of the ingredients or they just put pork quality. It was very bland. I just lacked flavor and excitement. I was very bummed out on my way home. Do yourself a favor and drive to the next one. I always have problems with the workers here. My drink price always comes to a different amount. It seems like they don't network with the community like other juice it ups. I'd rather support the other two in the city or the one on Van Buren. Occasionally my drink has tasted like soap from here but ultimately I don't like this location. The workers don't seem happy but maybe it's the environment or higher management because this is the only location that gives me a hard time. So every Tuesday we have to stop at juice it up so my husband can indulge in an açaí bowl. This is his idea of being completely healthy. The store is always immaculate and the young ladies that have helped have always been pretty friendly. One of the young ladies even knows my husbands order now. Good customer service. Really poor service. Young Caucasian or Hispanic lady working Sunday, Feb 6 @ 4:36 PM handled register (cash) and then touched all the ingredients to make smoothie. Also noticed she gave online order to driver who came by to pick it up with the red secured sticker attaching the receipt instead of sealing the bag. When I inquired why didn't she secure the bag properly with the sticker she replied with "that's how she was trained" and then when I asked a second time, that's how how you were trained, she then responded with "I really don't care, I had a bad day." My friends and I came at a moderately busy time. We ordered all ordered acai bowls. It took around around 15-20 min which was a bit long, but that's okay. What I'm upset about is the poor quality in all of the bowls. One of us asked for the collagen protein when it was given to us no one could spot the difference since all the bowls were given to us at the same time and we got the same toppings. Mind you we all ordered separately too. When I asked which one had the extra side of Collagen protein, the girl just took a random guess and pointed at one of the bowls. I asked her if she was sure and she hesitated and said yes. Tasted both of them, no difference. So they charged my friend extra for something she didn't even get in the end. On top of that, we all opened our caps for our bowls once we got out of the store and it was already watery. They weren't even acai at this point, it was straight up juice. You can see in the pictures how watery they are. Had to eat it with a straw instead of a spoon. Overall, super disappointing. read more
