Never really had a problem here nor experienced anything bad from this location, especially since other locations have a problem with weird and sketchy people. Atmosphere and Staff Professionalism I usually enjoy coming to this Starbucks--it's a chill spot, and the student vibe from the nearby college makes it a comfortable place to relax or get work done. However, I've noticed something that really takes away from the experience. Every time I come in, the staff seem to be loudly gossiping about each other--discussing coworkers who aren't present, calling someone "dramatic" for getting emotional after a tough customer, and generally venting about internal conflicts right in front of customers. I understand that customer service is tough (I've been there), but these kinds of conversations should happen off the floor and definitely off the clock. It's unprofessional, distracting, and frankly makes the location feel poorly managed. I'd strongly suggest that the store manager reinforce some basic expectations around professionalism and team conduct--especially during open hours when customers are present. Customers come in to relax or get things done, not to overhear workplace drama. A little more discretion would go a long way. read more

I ordered on the app, it estimated 12 minutes for my order to be ready (paid at 8:23 am). I head to Starbucks on my morning break (I work nearby) at 8:35 am since that's the time it estimated for pickup. It is now 9:20 am and they barely called my name/ processed my order. It's just one drink and one breakfast sandwich. Why did it take close to one hour from the time I paid? I could have skipped it today if it was going to take this long. Not okay. Service is terrible, the signs say the place closes at 9pm. Myself and 4 other would be customers stood outside being ignored by Starbucks workers at 8:43pm. Doors locked and they was acting like they didn't even see us when we know they heard us at the door. Just because they want to go home early they shut the place down early. Some of us have drove from places about 10-15min to to only find them in a rush to leav. If you are the manager here you should pay attention to the customer reviews and complaint's because I made a Tik Tok for everyone to see us at the door around 8:45p and them ignoring all of us and the knocking on door to get their attention. We looked over, walked up and checked out the cups, selected one and she then said not the cup we chose and someone put it in the wrong place.. she called the manager out who refused to honor the sales offer. The manager said he was sorry. A short dialogue regarding the situation of how I was not looking to purchase a cup, your employee solicited me to purchase one from the top shelf for 30 percent off, when I selected my cup, she then refused to honor her offer, as did the manager, with her superior continuing her training by telling me that he was sorry but that cup should not have been on the top shelf and I could purchase said cup at full price.
