I have came here 2 times and customer service here is horrible, You walk in the store and wait for order to be taken but no one comes till 10 min later. My son and I went on Monday, 5/22/17, we looked and the time closing said 10 PM. We drove out of our way to go to here. We arrived at 9:42 PM. Yes the doors were locked. There were two younger boys inside cleaning and ignoring my son when he went to the door to see if it was open. It was very frustrating. The photo shows the time of the photo and that it was lights out. This location has two employees with terrible customers service. The two mentioned never answer the phone and they always have fucking attitudes. I've purposely sat in my car to place orders while looking inside to see if someone will answer the phone but they never do. Even after repeated calls, when they do they say their busy but that's a lie. I even confronted them once, asked one if he ever answers the damn phone after I called 5x. Hate their service. I'd rather drive to Moreno Beach and that's a much further drive from my place. It's really irritating because I live less than a mile a way but I have to go out of my way for juice and an overall better experience. Sucks. read more

I have been here quite a few times and I can say that I always leave satisfied. I always get what I want and in a timely manner. However let me break down the pros and cons.... PROS -You get what you want fast. -The smoothies are super delicious. I suggest the black mamba and the Michael jackson thriller. Those are my two fav -The price isnt bad for what you get. Terrible customer service so I left. Walked in and was waiting for 3-4mins until one of the employees making a drink called for a girl from the back to help with the register. Mind you there were two other groups still waiting to order before me. The only male employee on3/29/21 than asks for us to step outside because of social distancing when there were only 6 people inside. Definitely don't recommend going to this location. Customer service here is horrible. One girl in particular, Kimberly was working today (7/4/14) and was a total crab to everyone. She didn't greet anyone that came in and if you asked her questions she would roll her eyes as if it was too much for her to answer. I'm only giving one star for the quality drinks. The customer service gets absolutely no stars. The employees act as though you are inconveniencing them by coming in and buying something. They are rude, dismissive, and just plain unfriendly. We all have are bad days and it is hard to turn on the smiles at times, but these kids act as though they are having a bad day, every day! Priscilla is very friendly as always and I liked the short guy and the girl with the blonde hair and glasses. I see customers give them a hard time. But they act professional and trust me when I say, a lot of the customers try to lie about situations to get a free smoothie, or just want to complain. I used to work for a smoothie place and when ordering your smoothie thick, does not mean chunky. Usually they kept making it chunky. I specified my drink, no banana, thick, not chunky. I'm new to the area, so I've only been to this location twice. The first time, I experienced really good customer service. The girls in there were helpful and friendly. The second time was today in the late afternoon. I walked in with my parents and as we approached the counter, a couple that had been in there before we got there were leaving the store, as this happened the two girls that were working said something to each other and started laughing. And by laughing, I mean they started screeching. It hurt my hears. They kept making weird eye contact with me and looking outside, so they were either laughing at us or at the couple that had just left the store. Either way, I felt really uncomfortable being there. They didn't stop laughing the whole time we were there. We only ordered something because my parents had a craving. By the look of these reviews, this location seems to have bad customer service, and it sucks because I thought this might just be because of the people working at the time. Like I mentioned earlier, my prior experience was a good one, so I'll stop by here again, but if I see the girls that were working tonight, I will turn around and leave the store.
