My smoothie was awesome and the girl was nice, i got a moldy brownie. The mold was located under the sticker, but they shouldn't have old product on the shelves. Sadly, I decided to save my brownie for when I got home, so now it would cost more to go swap it for a new one than I'd save by exchanging it instead of buying a muffin elsewhere. =( read more

The people are very nice but when I walk in first and there is absolutely no one there, then 2 minutes later they get a rush, I expect to be served first, not like I was the 6th person in line. I also paid for a protein boost on 2 drinks and I didn't get it on either. I went to ask the girl if she added protein, she said yes. Wish I could give negative stars only gave 1 because you have to input a star. This location is TERRIBLE I've placed online orders for lunch breaks scheduled pickups with 30 minutes for a smoothie bowl to be prepared only to get there 4 times now and waiting an additional 45 minutes with 5-6 employees blending simple smoothies. Sense of urgency is not there neither is customer service you'll literally wait 30 minutes , nothing will be said to you, no one will apologize for the wait. What is the point of an online order system if the order will be ready 45 minutes after my pickup time? Literally have spent multiple full lunch breaks here at this location. And also if you're going to prep everything slowly and have everyone waiting the least you can do is clean in between tasks instead of steadily cutting fruit on unwashed cutting boards that are very clearly visible. They need new management because it's no reason for it to be this way regardless of what employees are present. Clearly training has been skipped over. read more

I Love Juice it up! However, I will never again purchase anything from this particular Juice it up. I purchased a group on for this store. The owner of the store was very unpleasant from the time I walked in. He was very rude when he realized I was going to redeem my groupon. He said that my groupon had already been used. He was pushing the wrong icon on my phone and when I showed him what button he was suppose to push he rudely ignored me and asked the person behind for their order. Came to this juice it up and grabbed a tea from the refrigerator and it expired 2 months ago. Told the worker and tried to switch it but all the rest were expired too. Looked for another drink to trade it for and they expired last year! Don't buy the bottled or canned drinks from here! read more

I want to thank Wraymond the owner for handling my complaint so professionally and going above and beyond to fix it. I know this location has its problems and sometimes it feels like you have to go somewhere else to get a good smoothie or drink but after calling and speaking to Wraymond after some of his employees were serving Inexcusable drinks, I can say he is the only reason I will continue to come back to this location. My advice is if you have been to this location before and had a bad experience from an employee not doing their job correctly is to LET MANAGEMENT KNOW!!! This is the only way they will learn to fire the employees who don't care and train and make time for better ones. read more

Poor customer service. I came in at 8:50 and was told they were closed I mentioned the sign says 9pm just wanted to grab a drink. She asked me what I was paying with I told her card she said the machine was down I then mentioned I am right out side I have cash and magically the machine worked. This place is joke!!! I hate to say everytime, I go with my oldest son. We hace the worst experience evertime, we go after the gym to buy our favorute drinks, which aint cheap I always spend close to $20.00 & everytime they mess uo on our orders. Plus the girls there are so rude and unproffesional. I left today pretty upset, where one of the girls laughed n made faces at me till the point i had to say something what was takimg so long, first they gave one our drinks to another customer, plus waited over 25minutes for two drinks. Also had to young guys talking to them while making the drinks. They had a line and also other customers waiting over 25minutes as me. This is horrible customer service. This is the worst Juice it up I've ever been to. I've been here several time and every time I'm disappointed. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and try it more than once but ever time it's something. Previous they use to put water and or extra ice in my drink which made it watered down and not good at all and now they insert the straws in the drink and I get paper in my drink. I just left juice it up and I have never experienced worse service. This is the first time I've been lead to leave a review on yelp, that's how bad it was. the drinks my brother and I ordered were watered down and when we asked if they can do something about it, very politely, one worker smirked and said we can make it the same way. The other employees did not do anything but go along with the rude one, we didn't even ask for our money back just a simple flavor change, instead they proceeded too make the drink stating that they were going to make it the exact same way they did the first time, so we just left ... I've never felt so blatantly disrespected, the attitude that we received was totally uncalled for. I work in costumer service, I would never treat a guest the way I was treated today. Right before us there was another lady who ordered and also returned her drink because she said it was too watered down and did not taste like it usually does. I mean the day i went in i saw with my own eyes the manager which later i found out was the owner disrespecting one of his employees, also its warm and stuffy in there. The young men and ladies who work there are very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu, they seemed happy to be at work, so that leads me to believe there boss must be a good one. This juice it up is absolutely awful. All the times that I have been to this location it sucked. I can't emphasize enough how horrific this place is. It's not the food that's bad, it's the people that work there. The staff is full of rude kids that obviously don't have any regard for customer service. I came in 10 mins before closing and they tried lying to me and told me that their juicer was broken. I know that there's more than one juicer lol, nice try. And the whole time I was waiting for my drink I kept getting mean glares like they were mad at me for giving them business. Oh and let me add I ordered a detoxifier and he made me an immunizer, if I wanted an immunizer I would've ordered it. DILUTED DRINKS! went to the juice it up off canyon springs parkway in riverside, and it was the worse customer service experience I had ever had. Not to mention it was the worse smoothie out of Starbucks, Jamba juice, and juice it up itself! I always ask for the small but the smoothie was going to be my lunch since I only had 4 hours left of work so I asked for the medium. I didn't taste my smoothie inside at all trusting that it would be ok. My friend and I drove away and when I finally parked my car at the location we were headed, I tasted the smoothie and it tasted water down. I try to think that maybe it has just melted from the people not calling our name and not even asking for our name. I drank a little more trying to find the flavor, and what I found was nothing. I told my friend I wasn't going to not drink any more of it, because it tasted like just ice. on our way back from taking care of business I stopped at juice it up, and spoke to this man that wasn't there before. I told I had never complained about the drink that this was the first time, and that the drink was just ice. He took a look at it without any verbal response, and then he said I had already drank out of it. Well of course I had in order to know if something is good or bad one has to taste it. not to mention the ice had melted. He said wasn't going to do anything so I said, "ok what's the customer service number." after I asked him that he didn't even look at me, or even respond. I felt ignored so it brought out the worse in me, and I had to ask the guy 5 times consecutively about the phone number. The man simply walked away, and returned with a phone number. I left to go drop off my friend and at work. After I dropped her off I called the number, and of course the man gave a wrong phone number. I got the phone number on my own merits. At this point I realized customer service is closed , and this money has my money to a drink I didn't even drink. I went back to try to get my money back, and I saw the sign which says, "your drink should be perfect every time of not let us know and we will make your drink again."
