The BEST BRANDED STICKERS! I know it's a little weird that I'm bringing up stickers first thing during a coffee review, but Dutch Bros. has some of the best merch and marketing in the industry! I have to recognize their game lol. I stopped by for the state sticker giveaway, each U.S state had an exclusive sticker and I had to grab the California one! Thankfully, they had several in stock and I received one with my drink. I ordered a large oatmilk latte, and nothing else. Overall, the coffee was good, but it left a slight aftertaste. Upon further review, I think the ice-blended coffee items are Dutch's bread-and-butter. Maybe I stopped by on an off-day. Nonetheless service was great and the staff respected our time. Today I placed an order for 2 sugar free teas. It said my pickup time was supposed to be 1:36. I go wait in line at that time as there's maybe 5 people in front of me. I get up there (now it's passed my time) and I give the girl my name. She finds it on the screen and clicks the "start order" button! She tells me they are finishing it up... umm no you're barely going to start it. It's 2 iced black teas with sugar free flavors. It's probably one of the quickest drinks to make. Anyways.. I wanted until about 1:50 for my 2 drinks. We get them and they are so watered down. I'm not sure what happened but definitely wasn't worth the wait for the teas. read more

Great drinks first off but let me tell you the wait is ridiculous and the way they manage the cars is pure chaos !! I was told they zig zag when taking orders and the wait time is the same but I watched the employee help 3 cars on lane 1 then proceeded to take 1 order from lane 2 and then I was told to let the 4 other cars go in front of me ! Made absolutely no sense because we arrived way before the other cars they came but what can we do !! Lucky for me and my family they're opening a closer Dutch bros by my home so I won't have to worry about this again at this location !
