Waited 20 minutes for a smoothie. It was ridiculous. Every person walking out was so angry cuz we all waited so long for our orders. Do NOT come to this Juice It Up!!! This place is terrible. They say they take EBT, but they don't. They make your smoothies/bowls wrong and don't reimburse you or anything. I ordered the Mango Mania as a smoothie bowl and oh my god it was DISGUSTING. I'm a huge mango fan and I've gotten this exact order before at other locations and always loved it. Right of the bat I thought something was weird because it was pink. Usually it's yellow (mango= yellow). I asked if it was correct and that was the mango mania smoothie bowl and they said yes. Unfortunately I didn't try it till I got home. It tasted absolutely terrible. No taste of mango AT ALL. All I could taste was an OVERWHELMING taste of banana. There was also huge chunks of unblended banana in the smoothie bowl as well. They were mushy and brown! It was gross. When I called about this the woman I spoke to was extremely unhelpful and offered no refund or anything. I will never be coming to this location again and won't be having Juice it up for a long time if ever at all. That's how terrible this bowl was. Absolutely disgusting. I love juice it up but haven't always had the best experiences with them. This juice it up was just okay, better than the B rated one across town closer to my home. The wait was pretty long to be waiting for a smoothie and it was very hot inside the store. They had two fans on each corner in the store but only one was turned on. My girlfriend and I had been waiting for a while so we took it upon ourselves to turn it on because it was so hot lol. There were customers that arrived before us and they still hadn't received their drinks, which was unfortunate. When we received our drinks, my girlfriend, who ordered the strawberry wave, was very satisfied. I ordered the usual, mango mania, and it was very watery. When we walked in 20 minutes earlier one of the associates asked if anyone was going to order a mango mania smoothie probably because he had some leftover. I planed on ordering something else but later changed my mind and stick with the mango mania. I think he just used what was left over because it was not very cold and very watered down. This made me very upset. I was going to ask for a new one but the line was so long and I didn't want to wait any longer. Overall, it was a hit or miss and I probably wouldn't come back to this juice it up location. read more

I ordered a large strawberry wave and 2 pretzels. It took them 16 minutes to realize they were out of pretzels. So I asked for a refund and they said they can't give refunds. She told me I had to choose something else. I called the owner and it took them 12 more minutes to agree to refund me. They kept telling me that they couldn't give refunds even though they were out of the product they charged me for. A customer shouldn't have to verify that products are in stock before giving them money. Avoid this location at all costs. read more

I just so happened to go to this JIU the other day . I'm Diabetic so I NEED to consume greens daily . This shop was very niiiiiiice to me even given these trying times . We held good conversation and the service was veryyyyy fast . there's lots of hand sanitizer and wipes to clean your hands and such . I got a ginger and turmeric shot , and several green juices to freeze for later . The owner of this shop was there and he was very kind . Great staff . Poor customer service. When I went in to pay I had tapped my card and walked away because it seemed that the transaction was over and went through and because the cashier wasn't saying anything. I stood in the corner waiting, after a couple minutes of waiting he calls me back up to let me know that it didn't go through so I gladly put my card back in the chip reader and his coworker looks at me and while laughing tells me to check my bank account to see if I even had any money left. Which is rude and honestly embarrassing. I understand customers come in with no money on their cards but there is better way to handle a situation like that than the way that kid did. read more

I brought my little ones in on monday and It was a pleasur, they hadn't been out sense march 20th and they were over joyed with the nice invirnment the great customer service and great tasting smoothes! Oh my goodness. They work sooooooo slow, it's so annoying to even look at. They're literally on a slow pace. My drink tasted too disgusting so I drove back and asked them kindly to remake it. The second drink tasted even worse. I've been to other Juice It Up's before and my drink has never tasted like the one I got here. I don't think they knew what they were doing because they looked lost and I didn't see anyone working there who looked older. So lesson learned, don't go to this Juice It Up. And don't be rude about it if ur drink didn't turn out good cuz their just kids, and we all mess up. read more

I tried the online order. Pointless!!! Gave me a timing to pick up my 3 items in 30 minutes. Upon arrival my items were not ready. Ok. That alone is upsetting being you expect to pick it up at the time they gave you. So I double check with cashier to make sure they received my online order and she confirmed. Told me they will be working on it. 40 minutes later standing in a packed facility in heat during Covid was even making me more upset. So 30 minutes placed online order with additional 40 minutes of them making it. This place was crappy back when I first went, recently tried it luckily owner was in and everything went smooth. Now this was just a reminder it's still bad. Get some better workers. Good customer service shouldn't only exist if you're being watched by your boss. Horrible experience! Requested them to remake my drink and both times it was not pleasant to drink. They did not mind doing it, but the first one was just as bad as the second one and I did not want to risk it a third time. Juice it up Favorite place to drop by for a smoothie fix! Never too crowded, always clean, and the most friendliest staff. I dropped by right before closing and Edith helped me out and made me my favorite pitaya sunset and unlike my past visits I was asked if I had a loyalty card , which I did have :) Both her and Zack were very enthusiastic and kind. I saw a couple give them a hard time about a cold press juice, but they acted professionally and trust me when I say, a lot of customers try to lie about situations to get a free smoothie or just to complain.
