The problem with any of the Juice Press locations is never about their food or drink, but about their procedure. (For example, the location on 92nd takes almost 2 hours to deliver when you live 4 blocks and 2 avenues away) This location? The website distinctly says they are open to 6pm on Saturdays. At 5:15, they were closed. And the workers (kindly) told me I should order delivery from another location. Sorry, but update your damn website, or close when you are supposed to. read more

Acai bowl was bad, don't order it. Smoothies were okay, but too pricey, I guess it's because of location.

Friendly staff, smiling faces, but uncoordinated and sometimes confusing process to receive your food. They often run out of daily soups -- post a sign to avoid further orders, alert your staff (particularly the ones at the register) so they don't take other orders, therefore having to credit back your account. I had a coworker order food, and the wait time literally took close to 3 hours. In need of proper management. Otherwise clean and great product. West 55 street location, midtown. read more

They did not offer fresh juice to order - only pre bottled juices - their own creations - which were delicious. However I would of loved to order fresh juice. They have a number of smoothies. The service counter help was very friendly and helped me create my own smoothie. He made it lickety split and I thoroughly enjoyed my smoothie. I will return! read more

This place was a great find by my office in midtown, as there aren't many GOOD/organic juice places. I stopped in here on my way to my office after a barre class and I tried the Harvey Wallbanger w/ the Works. It was out of this world good! Not only was it my breakfast, it was my caffeine for the morning as well! I was thinking I would be starving after a workout and need wayyyy more than a smoothie to replenish, but this was PERFECT and totally hit the spot. This smoothie + barre class is officially going to become my kick-off to the weekend on Friday mornings! My only complaint is the price :-/ but I guess that's par for the course at these fancy juice places! And if you think of it as your caffeine + breakfast fix, it's totally worth the money! read more

My coworkers and I get juice here several times a week. In the delivery fee on Seamless there's a $3 delivery fee built into the price, which is steep, but we pay it. Recently the delivery person asked me for a tip when I fetched the juice - I was confused, but ran back to my desk to collect cash. The next time we ordered I asked the delivery person if he was getting the $3 tip and he showed me through the app he was not. The way it's set up on seamless, it looks like you are tipping the delivery person $3 when in fact he is receiving nothing and Juice Press is pocketing the money. You should be ashamed Juice Press!! Pocketing the $3 delivery fee is a very sneaky and sad way to go about raising your already ridiculous prices. Be fair to the hard working delivery people trying to make a living! This juice, smoothie, raw food restaurant has it right. I find their juices and smoothies to be the optimal for health as well as they have created the best way to combine flavors!! For so long, I would have fresh juice at places and just be okay that it was good for me. But Juice Press is not only organic, but the flavor combinations are THE BEST. I love that it's a chain so I can look it up and find my nearest one to where I am. It's hard to be here on a budget, but I love it. And if you want the best flavor, most filling, most bang for your buck? Get the Detox smoothie. I rave about this place and bring out of towners all the time. read more

The staff was friendly and was able to answer all of my crazy questions. The juices are fantastic and I had a raw blueberry cheesecake from them that was very tasty! I love that I can find Juice Presses all over Manhattan. I love to go to the city but I do not like to bring my homemade juices there so having a place like this to go to really helps! I also get a good laugh whenever I am there because their literature is hysterical! read more

Love the juice! Smoothies and salads are great. Try the red lentil soup, that is my go-to, the flavors are balanced very well. I like bitter green juices and the Romanian green juice is very nice with a lot of lemon. read more

BAD DELIVERY I love Juice Press and go to the one near my office several times a week. I was particularly busy last week so ordered delivery from this location and everything that came (2 juices and a salad) tasted off. Oddly metallic and like it'd gone bad. This Place is BEYOND fantastic!! My Favorite juice bar in Hells Kitchen. Johnny was most gracious and a wealth of knowledge about the various juice combinations and health benefits.He exceeded above & beyond my expectations for a quick, but cozy organic juice stop. You could tell the workers there care deeply about the customer and making the best quality juices. They even let me sample the butternut squash soup which was delishiois! I am new to juicing so I have been trying all the juice places. This place is by FAR the most tasty, most upscale, biggest menu, most helpful one I have been to in NYC. Totally kills Juice Gen. I tried 4 different smoothies, 4 juices, kelp me, acai bowl, raw oatmeal and more. Yum! It really tastes great! The only juice bar that I have been to which rivals Juice Press is Cocobeet,...but it is in Boston--totally awesome, tasty, helpful and 100% organic cold press. read more

This place has gone so far downhill! SUCH a disappointment. I come here all the time despite the high prices for quality feel-good vegan food. But in the past month or 2 the quality has been horrific. The avocado sandwiches are clearly from the day before as the avocado is brown and the bread so soggy its inedible. For $10 for an avocado sandwich this is unacceptable. Also, the inventory of "to-go" items has gone down dramatically. I have gone for a superfood bowl around 9am at least half dozen times to find that they are out of stock and the employee behind the counter didn't even know what it was when I asked if they had anymore. The staff has zero knowledge of the products, they are clearly just check out clerks which is also inadequate for such a niche store. The credit card machine was down twice this week and they chose not to put up a sign or alert the patrons waiting in line. This place has great potential but management needs to step up their game or else most business will be lost to Joe & The Juice down the street. read more
