[[HIGHLIGHT]]Solid brewery! It's quite spacious and airy, and there are definitely good spots for larger groups to gather.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] One of the times I've been here, we got the pretzel which was ENORMOUS and so good. The brews are always interesting too. One thing to note is you order via QR code at your table, but the process is pretty easy.

First time here and I really enjoyed it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great place for meeting with friends or a large group.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Drinks were well made and the soft pretzel was huge but really soft and delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great place to just hangout.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Great brewery with some great food options. This place is set up like a living room, and office. It's nice to relax, come here have a beer, coffee, tea, pastry, or even lunch. We came here on a Sunday afternoon for a beer and sandwich, they do allow kids, and over the place was 1/2 full. It was quiet. I got an IPA, the frozen coyote, it was great. I also got the roasted red pepper hummus sandwich. It was good, I would have preferred it in a wrap but it comes on a ciabatta. My partner got a turkey sweet potato sandwich. We also got a bowl of chips, there were so many in the bowl. Great place to go to!

Cool spot to meet with friends for food and some drinks, lots of beverage options. Beer, wine, non alcoholic. Good food. Pretzel and Italian beef were tasty and huge portions. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Chill outdoor seating with big benches and nice indoor space.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Got the Staff Draft beer and a cold brew and both were really good! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Excellent seating and lighting and lots of outlets to sit and work.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Will definitely be going back to get work done and the staff was awesome.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Pilot Project Brewing remains a great place for group hangouts.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have an excellent outdoor patio that's dog friendly and has plenty of picnic tables making it the perfect place for groups.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] What's more is that you can order everything via QR Code from the table and it's brought out to you.

I always forget about this local neighborhood brewery but we have a great time every time we stop by. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The outdoor patio is great and I'm looking forward to spending time out there as it warms up.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The ordering via phone makes it very easy to place an order and the amount of drinks (NA options too!) and snacks should satisfy most groups!

Only like stouts and I was in luck, they had one stout and it was delicious - the brushfire. Bartender was friendly and his favorite, admittedly the staff favorite was also the stout! Super cute indoor area with plenty of tables and seats, looking forward to the next time we're here.

This is one of my favorite places to get beer in the city. With multiple different breweries, the options are nearly limitless. I tried a flight of a bunch of new beers I haven't tried and also got a pretzel. The beer was delicious and the pretzel was super soft and included some fun dipping sauces! Parking is usually easy down the side streets.

Such a cool brewing incubator! There are so many interesting beers and ciders to choose from, and they have a variety including lagers, IPAs, stouts and sours. They are really nice, patient and helpful with recommendations too! Ask for samples if you can't decide between a few! And I was not prepared for their HUMONGOUS pretzel, but loved it! Three different mustard-based sauces to dip it in too. So good!! Modern, very hipster vibe. Tuesdays happened to be their bocce league/game night--it was very lively. I saw some people come in just to hang out and do some work, like a coffee shop.

Ask the Community - Pilot Project Brewing - Logan Square

Is this a good study spot (I.e, good seats available)? Don't really mind loud noises but want to get a feel of the ambience here to get some work done while enjoying a drink or brew

Yep! Definitely is. It's pretty mellow and when I was there it felt more like a coffee shop that served beer and food. People were working on their laptops when I was there.

    Do they have parking?

Street parking is available (paid & free, non-permitted until 6pm).

What time do they start serving beer?

    8am
