Was just really craving a smoothie on this random day and went to Juicy Cube for the first time! There's honestly a ton of variety here, from smoothies to bowls to bubble tea, and a lot of it, especially the smoothies, were extremely well priced compared to other smoothie places in the city. I thought the matcha muse was tasty and refreshing. I liked that I felt like I was able to taste every ingredient, as sometimes matcha can be too overpowering. Service was super quick, which I appreciated since I was in a rush, and the staff were all kind and efficient!

Great spot in midtown for some juices / smoothies / açai bowls - and boba! The inside has a bench for seating, and a ton of fresh fruits all around. Service was pretty efficient as well! We tried the lychee watermelon and a thai tea, both of which hit the spot and had great flavour. The drinks do run a bit sweeter than traditional bbt places though so keep that in mind when choosing your level. Will definitely be back for a smoothie / açai bowl!

I just tried Juicy Cube for the first time and I'm obsessed ! Every juice tastes super fresh, no sugar and I like they use real fruits, not puree. The juice mix color is vibrant and the taste is delicious. They also have coffee and sandwiches. The vibes are chill, the staff is friendly, and now it's officially my new go-to healthy spot for a mid-day boost. Featured on the video : - Matcha Muse (kale, spincah, organic matcha, mango, banana, vanilla collagen, yogurt, blue spirulina and organic oat milk) - Antidote No. 9 (mango, sea moss, banana, beet root, mangosteen, vanilla collagen, organic agave, fresh orange juice) - Energizer (organic wheat grass, green apple, spinach, lemon, beet, carrot) - Pitaya Muse (organic dragonfruits, banana, organic acai, coconut milk with toppings : blueberries, chopped pistacchio, pineapples) - Green Queen (kale, spinach, dates, banana, almond butter, organic chai, almond milk) - The Sea (Tuna sandwich) - Pistachio Latte (so good !)

Bubble bubble and shakes on the go! Very nice store with good varieties of shake and bubble tea! Location: it is located along Lexington Avenue, the interior is nice and you will see how they make their bubble tea or shakes. It will satisfy your bubble tea craving! Service: I just ordered and go, no interaction. Food: I ordered the regular bubble tea! The boba was so delicious and chewy! The tea taste good and silky and not too strong! Price rating: 6 out of 10. Typical price for bubble tea. You get what you pay! Will definitely come back to try their other flavors and maybe try their shakes!

    clean and great atmosphere too

Staff was friendly and helpfuk, the açaí bowls were delish and the interior decor was cute. (banana caution wet floor sign was totally on theme!) I will definitely come back and tell my friends .

Juicy Cube offers a large variety of veggie and fruit juices, smoothie and Acai bowls, bubble teas, big selection of healthy shots, and a few snacks! Interior is clean, cute, bright, and well laid out. The prices, imo, are reasonable for the high quality ingredients and flavors. I've had the Merry Berry + Power Blast and loooved both. There's only one location right now (Midtown East: Lex&36th) but if you're in the area, you should check them out!

Ordering frozen yogurt at this Pinkberry was one of the most horrifying customer experiences I've…read morehad. When I walked in, I immediately went to the display showing all the toppings. I've never been to a yogurt store that makes you pay a set price first before selecting toppings, which also means toppings are limited based on the yogurt size (something I only realized later after looking at a picture I took in the store). The employee who was supposed to help me immediately gave me attitude, as if I was supposed to already know all the "rules" of the store. I said nothing that would have warranted that reaction -- I simply went over to the display. At the register, I scanned my rewards app then couldn't find the card reader to pay. After about 20 seconds, I realized it was sitting on top of a case of water bottles (pictured). The topping limit signage was also placed off to the side of the register where customers wouldn't naturally see it -- it wasn't even on my side and was partially blocked. I only found this out when I went up to the counter after I got my yogurt. While choosing toppings, I asked how many I was allowed, and she responded, "How many toppings do you think you're supposed to choose?" with a noticeably rude tone. When I chose cookie dough as my fourth topping, she only gave me a few pieces, dropped another on the counter (pictured), and ignored it. The cookie dough topping was stale too. I also noticed she did not seem to treat other customers the same way. I eventually went back to the register - I asked her if the yogurt was actually strawberry matcha because it tasted like vanilla. I also asked about her rudeness because I genuinely didn't understand why I was being treated that way for asking simple questions. She said the information was "on the wall," even though it was difficult to see. I actually ended up apologizing earlier because she made me feel like I was burdening her. The only personable thing she said the entire interaction was that I didn't need to apologize, but the tone still felt unfriendly. Two customers sitting nearby ended up leaving without ordering. I understand it was Super Bowl Sunday and she appeared to be working alone, which may have contributed to stress. Still, I left feeling extremely shaken and even spilled yogurt on my jacket afterward. I would not return to this location. I used to come to this location sometimes, but after this experience -- and a previous visit where I ordered a tea and received very little -- I would not return.

My bubble tea crawl continues throughout NYC attaining my favorite default grass jelly loeng4 fan2…read more涼粉 choice topping. Ahh, grass jelly loeng4 fan2 涼粉 is my childhood favorite dessert and summons nostalgia! It is my mission to search for bubble tea businesses that offers grass jelly as a topping for my primary reason to patronize. It was abundant which filled one quarter of my medium sized drink. The grass jelly topping is New York City standard priced at $0.50 at least there is sustainability and a sense of normalcy. I requested regular ice, but the entire ice dispensed disappointedly melted and the drink became room temperate. Heat wave medium $6.00 Passionfruit green tea with grass jelly, 50%, light sugar. The drink alone was good quality. While scanning the electronic menu the drink names appear very comical and not business appropriate as well as this bubble tea business name Ho Ho Te. The sound speakers is boisterously loud blasting music directly at my face by the ordering counter. The cashier associate was 90% inaudible of her customer service questions due to the boisterously loud blasting music as I had to fight loud vs. loud by blurting loudly several times: "WHAT?" Why would a business intentionally place sound speakers in front of a ordering counter station where customers must communicate their food/drink orders? How can customers place their drinks orders with clear specific description/instructions only for the cashier associate to inadvertently obfuscate by misinformation because the message conveyed was utterly misinterpreted? Communication is vital for ordering and order fulfillment accuracy in the food service industry! The cardboard paper straws available are environmentally sustainable friendly for biodegradable and compostable. However, these cardboard straws taste AWFULl!! The drink selection is very limited menu compared with other bubble tea competitors. Disappointedly there is no Jasmine green tea on the menu. There are some food items. Takeout menus are available for grabs. Loyalty card is available which also serve as business card where the back is printed in gold foil. This business is very accessible by MTA NYC Transit at Port Authority 42nd Street's A, C, E trains and buses near the peripheral of Times Square.
