The rewards app system needs a update or help. There's always an issue with redeeming rewards. I came in and the worker saw my rewards and was able to honor itbut the past time I've been to other locations. They basically told me that it's my problem that the app isn't working and recognizing rewards to redeem. I tried the purple lemonade, which is basically a dash of their açai mixed in with their house brand of lemonade and a chicken up. This is definitely on the sweeter side. I also tried the ginger immunity shot. There's more locations of this on the East Coast, but there's a couple locations on the West Coast.

spacious for a nyc location with some seating. service was fast and it wasn't crowded, but it was a very cold weekday. no restroom available. okay price for serving size, especially in the city. order is through kiosk

New smoothie and bowl place right along 7th ave right by Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. They offer smoothies or bowls. You can chose your own ingredients or order something they have set already. I've only tried the smoothies with granola, peanut butter and whey protein. Some of the add ons, like whey protein, are additional. They also have a few seats if you choose to dine in. They are a bit pricey but a nice healthy option in the area.

I noticed this location just opened up. It's already a miss for me. The staff wasn't the greatest at greeting (me & others) and there seemed to be just ONE menu in the whole store. I'm really giving this review 1 star because my açaí bowl was a complete mess. It was given to me in a cup (still not a great idea) and the person who prepared the bowl did not measure it correctly and my bowl/cup kept overflowing. One of the young women behind the counter cleaned it for me at least 3 times and the cap still did not fit. The other guy behind the counter did nothing but watch. I tried asking for a carrier or something plastic and all they had was a cardboard carrier. This made it worse. Once I reached my destination with this drippy bowl it was flat and soupy. Sigh. 13 bucks down the drain.

As both an açaí bowl and tennis fan, I was so excited to try this chain after seeing all the Sabalenka and influencer promotion however the service at this location was not very inviting and that took away from my experience. The portions are good however the quality was just ok. Will try another location and get more add-ons. I do like the trendy vibes and social media promotion.

I went here Thursday and today. The place is very cute with very filling açaí bowls. I get mine customized and it's unlimited toppings with no extra charge (except protein powder and almond butter). The service is quick and easy and staff is nice. I like coming here to get a refreshing treat and açaí is awesome :)

I have fond memories of this place in Portugal and Mexico so when I saw Oakberry NYC I had to stop by. The açaí is the same everywhere just a bit difference in prices, and always unlimited toppings. I had a great experience at Oakberry on 30th and would come again.

I have been to a plethora of açaí places but Oakberry is by far the best. Stumbled upon it just walking down the street in Manhattan and I knew I had to try it. It did not disappoint! 10/10 across the board. The açaí was perfectly blended thick and sweet. The fruit was fresh. The portion size was perfect (I got the medium size cup. They have small, medium and large cups). I liked that the fruit toppings were included in the price no matter how many different fruit you choose. I loved the granola. At first I didn't ask for passion fruit but once I saw how much another customer loved it, I went back and asked to add passion fruit. It was amazing. I can't wait for this business to expand in other states because I have to travel by train to get here lol. I will definitely be back!

Classic size bowl, açaí, chia pudding, vegan granola, strawberries, blueberry, and cacao nibs $13.34 with tax including.

The açaí is the dark substance in the cup, it looks like blueberries if blueberries were blended in smoothie texture. Definitely a healthy snack, feels healthy but also sweet and little, gets more sweet at the bottoms since there is acai left at the bottom.

I had the torched fig and feta salad, which is an unusual choice for me but it just looked so good! It lived up to the expectation -- a delicious, perfectly dressed salad and who doesn't love a fig? Avocado, vegan feta, pistachios....come on! The sausage ravioli with was similarly delicious -- and spicier than expected in the most perfect way. The sauce was flavorful and rich. The house-made raviolis were just great and perfectly filled with savory vegan sausage. (I know it's assumed that everything here is vegan but I can't help but clarify. ) For desert, I had the panna cotta and my bf had the chocolate hazelnut dome. Both were so great and the staff sang happy birthday to me *in harmony*. Overall, an exquisite experience at a place that is now my go to for special occasions. Damn. Don't sleep on this place!

Sentir is 100% vegan, and I would confidently bring even my carnivore friends here without hesitation. If nobody told you it was vegan, you'd simply think you were eating some of the most creative, flavorful Mexican food you've ever had. It's that good. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can tell this isn't just another restaurant. The atmosphere is warm, stylish, and inviting without feeling pretentious. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind (thanks Camila who served us both days!), knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to talk about the menu and the other restaurants in the group. Their passion for what they do shines through in every interaction. The food completely exceeded every expectation we had. Every dish was beautifully presented, packed with bold flavors, and unlike anything we've had before. We found ourselves talking about every bite and immediately discussing what we'd come back to try... which ended up being less than 24 hours later. We were so excited by the food on our first visit that we completely forgot to take pictures! (It became a complete afterthought because we had already scarfed everything down. ) Thankfully, we redeemed ourselves on day two! The cocktails also deserve their own standing ovation. They're creative, beautifully crafted, and every bit as memorable as the food. If you're looking for a restaurant where every detail has clearly been thoughtfully considered from the atmosphere and service to the food and drinks, Sentir absolutely delivers. We travel to NYC often and almost never eat at the same restaurant twice because there are so many amazing places to try. The fact that we chose to come back the very next day says everything you need to know. Sentir has officially earned a permanent spot on our "must visit" list every time we're in that part of the city. What We Ate (and absolutely LOVED): Sentir Guac - Easily one of the freshest and most flavorful guacamoles we've ever had. It was served with chips and a deep fried tofu that was reminiscent of a "chicken skin" or something along those lines. I've never tried anything like it and it was good and unique! Carne Asada Tacos - Perfectly seasoned with amazing texture and incredible flavor. Al Pastor Chicken Tacos - Sweet, savory, smoky, and absolutely delicious. Cream of Corn - I wasn't expecting a bowl of corn to stand out the way it did. It was warm, comforting and cheesy. I just wish it came with something to dip with. Unfortunately too much was dripping through the fork and I wanted to savor it all! Chile Rellenos - Beautifully prepared with layers of flavor in every bite. It was cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth! Tamal de Carne - Tender, comforting, and packed with incredible flavor. What We Drank: Sentir Michelada - One of the best my husband ever had. The chose Modelo as the beer Little Pitcher - This was a bunch drink. It had grapefruit & orange juice (among other things) but it was shockingly unique and dangerously easy to drink. Café con Ron - The perfect twist or play on an espresso martini but a million times better! Nutty Olivia - I believe this was on "special" and it was a mooth, creative, and another cocktail I'd order again in a heartbeat. It contains gin, which my husband doesn't like but he must have stolen at least 3 sips before I told him to worry about his own drink! Final thought: If a restaurant is good enough to make us skip trying somewhere new in New York City and instead return the very next day, that's about the highest compliment we can give. Whether you're vegan, vegetarian, or a lifelong meat eater, do yourself a favor go!!! I have a feeling you'll be planning your second visit before you even finish your first.

This sandwich is usually not something that is available vegetarian so i was curious to see the flavors and textures. The steak is chewy and meaty so if you are not a fan of faux meat then i would proceed with caution. I enjoy the cheeses here as they are unique and different from each other. The sandwich overall was okay though not my favorite sandwich ever. - smoked Mac and cheese (7/10): macaroni with smoked goat cheese, cheddar, mozzarella baked in a cast iron skillet and topped with vegan pancetta and breadcrumbs. This was a cozy appetizer especially on a cold day. The flavors of the cheese are rich and smoky with a hint of saltiness from the pancetta and breadcrumbs. I would have liked it to be a larger portion and offered as an entree. WOULD I GO BACK? Maybe. I liked the ambiance and the option to try dishes that are usually meat heavy but the cuisine is not my personal favorite.
