I had a very disappointing experience at Juicy Seafood Bar. The customer service was terrible from start to finish. My order was made incorrectly, and instead of apologizing and fixing the mistake, the managers were rude and tried to blame me for receiving the wrong order. What made the situation even worse was that one of the employees appeared to be pretending to be the manager, which created even more confusion and made the situation feel very unprofessional. No one took responsibility for the mistake, and I felt completely disrespected as a customer. I understand that errors can happen, but the way the staff and management handled the situation was unacceptable. I will NEVER be coming to juicys again. Me and my friends for their birthday got our food and it came out fast we started to eat our food and noticed there were specs on the crab legs. We noticed that they are PARASITE EGGS!!!! The manager said it is "normal" and told me it wasn't cleaned properly. She also said I couldn't get a refund and that's against their policy. The only way she could fix the issue was remake it so I had her remake it. The new food that came out as well had the same parasite eggs on it. Improperly prepared food can cause food poisoning and other illness. The effects of contaminated food can cause symptoms such as cramps, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, nerve damage, allergies and paralysis. Service was not good...took too long to come to the wobbly table to get drink orders or even say hello. We asked for a party tray for 2 and added green muscles. They brought out the food with black muscles and the snow crab felt like ice. They offered to make everything new but they brought back the same food after touching up the plate (decorating around old food that was sent back) and refused to take it off. If you are picky or care about how your food is prepared or the service you receive...might want to seek an alternative. The owner/manager and people of the establishment don't care about your health or satisfaction. They will take your tab money and tips but the minute you have an issue with food or service they will call the police on you if you refuse to pay for something even if you don't eat it. I've lived in Mesquite nearly all my life and saw this place and finally decided to try it out. First impressions was that the parking lot is filthy. Inside the actual restaurant was really nice and renovated and the outside area was nice too but had trash all over the place. If they could clean up the place that would easily bring it up to 4 or 5 stars. I personally love seafood and what I ordered was flavorful and spicy. Service was also excellent and the waiters were always checking up on me if I needed anything. The weather was nice so I sat outside but if I were to come back I'd check out the seating inside. read more

The casual Caribbean ambiance and service are perfect for a relaxed attire that goes with seafood boils and plastic bibs. Surprisingly, while the staff was completely Asian, their clientele were more Latin and People of Color; however, the few white customers appeared just as content as the rest of the diners. If the number of carry out orders I observed is an indication of how much people dining at home love their food, great prices and portions; they love them a lot. Horrible customer service. Been there multiple times and today was bad. Waiter only came to the table once. Felt scammed bc table of 6 automatically he gets his tip so he did not service at all. We tried to wave him down multiple times and he would just stare and walk away. When I tried to talk to the manager he said well not my problem.
