Oh. My. Gosh. Why is the rating so low here?! As you can tell, my personal experience was outstanding and I'll tell you why in a few short paragraphs. I took my dad here for a late Father's Day/Birthday celebration. He's been wanting to go here for a while but since his girlfriend doesn't like seafood boils, he has no one to go with him. I've never done a seafood boil so this was a new experience for me. We were greeted immediately and sat at a clean table. Our waitress was awesome, she was attentive and quick. My dad had Combo G extra hot (1/2 pound snow crab legs, 1/2 pound shrimp, and 1/2 pound sausage with potato and corn), I had Combo I medium spice (1 pound shrimp, 1/2 pound sausage, potato, and corn) and a side of coleslaw, and my husband had spicy onion rings, crab cakes, and corn made hot with Old Bay seasoning. My dad requested butter and they gave him a whole bowl of their deliciousness! Our food came out quickly and we were given bibs, gloves, and a trash can. Our waitress refilled my husband's and dad's drinks twice without them asking (I was slow to drink mine). The food here is SO good!!! I regretted not making mine hot with old bay seasoning because truth be told, if you can handle spicy food, even the extra hot isn't that spicy. However, everything was perfect and I had a lot of fun getting a little messy. Their coleslaw was phenomenal. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was my husband's crab cakes but he really enjoyed them. We didn't have to wait for a check or for to-go boxes. I received a clearly incomplete order from Juicy Seafood -- missing sausage, a potato, and broccoli. The bag was stapled shut, so it was obvious the order was sent out unfinished, not tampered with during delivery. I called the restaurant immediately and spoke with the manager, Joey. Instead of fixing the mistake, I was told they would not complete the order, even though I was willing to come pick up the missing items myself. I was told to "call Uber Eats for a refund." I don't want a refund -- I wanted the food I paid for. Serving incomplete meals and refusing to correct them is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but refusing to fix them is poor management and worse customer service. Very disappointing experience. read more

More butter than seasoning. The lady taking orders unfortunately put in my mom's order with salt and seasoning when she specifically asked for no salt and no seasoning for her dietary restrictions, the restaurant did not even acknowledge the mistake. That's terrible service. Overall the 3 bags we ordered were over salted. The seasoning wasn't what we would have expected and the crab had no flavor. The corn and sausage were also over salted. The only thing we enjoyed was the potato. We were starving so ate everything and made a point to not return here. I was surprised at how empty the restaurant was, but it's been years since I've been here and they've gone down in quality. The prices were reasonable but we didn't like the food. read more

Located in a very busy shopping center. This is a very typical seafood boil restaurant with a lot of options for different types of seafood, seasonings, spicy level, etc. We got seafood boils and I fully understand why this place is called Juicy Seafood! Lol. The boils were good, but the sauce was way thinner and "juicier" than I thought. The seafood tasted very fresh, I'm just used to a slightly thicker sauce. The customer service was decent. They have graffiti all over the walls from patrons writing their names which is a cool feature, but it also makes the place look a little dirty. read more

To our surprise, it was a great place to have seafood boil! When we first arrived, no one greeted us or anything for a good 5-10 mins (we were a party of 7). But it wasn't busy so we were able to be seated. Let me tell you, coming from California, you cannot beat these prices they have here!!! I got 1lb crawfish and 1/2 blue crab and everything was delicious!!! The flavors were there, the hot level was there. Our server was great! Gave us recommendations for places to go! Very friendly and made sure we were okay and checked in on us. Music was great and the restaurant is a cute seafood vibe. Recommend trying! Only giving it 3 stars because our server was doing everything on her own and there were other workers who weren't really doing much. I ordered online so I can't speak to the dining experience, but I ordered the crawfish with the special seasoning. It was super flavorful, very buttery and garlicky, soo good and super reminiscent of Viet Cajun crawfish which is what I was craving. The bummer is that even though it's crawfish season, they were small. Also, I noticed that some crawfish weren't thoroughly washed, as there was still some dirt on the belly, FYI for folks who like to pick their crawfish clean. read more

Hard to believe they have been around this long and I have never been. I should have heeded the reviews. The waitress could not have been nicer and the service was great. But the food is mediocre to poor. The fried things were better. My friend got the oyster basket and it was pretty good. I got half dozen steamed oysters and they were blah. No flavor, not even dipped in the garlic "butter". Then comes the juicy part. I got the smallest portion of snow crab and head on shrimp, in the garlic "butter", and medium hot sauce. No flavor no heat. What ever is in that bag literally just makes a mess and has no nutritional or savory qualities whatsoever. Its not even salty? It's certainly not butter. Next time I buy my own and make it at home with real butter and real hot sauce and I'm sure it won't be $53. Want some fried shrimp or catfish it might be worth the trip otherwise I'd pass. read more

Enjoyed my restaurant visit so much that I decided to order and have delivered. One pound headless deveined shrimp boil with extra potatoes. I was craving spicy after getting over the flu and boy, did this hit the spot. There wasn't anything left but juice which I regret not having a loaf of French bread to soak it up with. This was my first time here but my family has been here a few times now since opening. We ordered lots of food. For starters, we got the calamari, crab cake, and a dozen of oysters. Oysters and calamari were good but the crab cake was way over cooked. For the main, we ordered shrimp, snow crab, muscle, Dungeness and blue crab (about 6lbs worth total). It came out in a huge pot, rather quickly, which I don't think it gave enough time for the seasoning to marinate the seafood. Compared to the west coast, I'd say it was a bit of a disappointment. The seafood was pretty fresh (except the blue crab) but the seasoning could have some improvement. Love that a seafood place like this opened up in TN and hope they improve some things because they will definitely be a hit around here! read more

Juicy is just that - juicy. The snow crab legs are my meal of choice. The potatoes and corn come with it and help to round out the meal.

I've been trying to find a place in Nashville with good seafood and I'm so glad there's a place here now like this! I got the combo G takeout and it was ready within 10 minutes. Better yet, it was still hot when I got home. I got medium spicy with garlic butter seasoning and it was spot on and delicious. Not too spicy but still had good heat with garlic that you could tell was freshly chopped in the sauce. It was about $30 but it has enough to feed two people I think. You'll definitely need napkins but worth it. They also have seating out front if you want to sit outside and plenty of seating inside. Will definitely order here again! read more

This was the most disappointing seafood experience as 02/03/24, I placed an order for 1/2 green mussels, 1/2 pound black mussels, and 1 1/2 pound snow crab, and two boiled eggs totaling $72.88. I got home 20 minutes later to find I'd been charged $87.46, to where I immediately called and asked why I'd been overcharged since I remember signing my receipt for a total of $72.88 and was told by the person I'd talked to since placing the initial order now 4 times, that multiple people have had this issue and to wait a week for the extra $15 to be refunded like a "hold". I've never known juicy seafood to have a hold nor mandatory gratuity. After the call, I begin eating and there's no seasoning on anything at all. The entire boil was dry as if it were frozen and flashed thawed, most the mussels were broken and really mushy floating at the bottom, every single crab leg was very low quality and had almost no crab and if it did it was stuck to the inside of the shell like it had been overcooked and frozen. I'd been looking forward to this meal and intended to find it here it knowing it'd be pricey but was completely let down and also low key robbed. read more

We had the lobster, scallops, snow crab legs and shrimp in the juicy season with medium spice...IT WAS PHENOMENAL! My only recommendation is for the lights at the bar to be on a dimmer. I grew up eating shrimp and crawfish with my relatives in AL and LA, so I was skeptical about ordering, but my cousin from Omaha had to have both. They were fantastic and sure did taste fresh. Loved the Juicy sauce I am a bit of an onion ring snob, and while I doubt they use some original batter, they were cooked perfectly and were delicious. I also liked the slaw. The restaurant was clean and spacious--we went early on a Sunday, around 5, and I felt safer (from COVID) due to the spaciousness. And our waiter was terrific! read more

All I have to say is don't eat Sea Food in your car. And they didn't put utensils in my bag. So ate with my hands. Finally gave up and went home to eat it. While I spent 60 dollars plus tip . I've had this a couple different time and it just gets worse. The last 2 shrimp bags I've gotten have had this freezer taste like they've just been in the freezer too long. Thought I'd chalk it up to the pandemic, but I ordered a lb of crab legs juicy special the other night and it was just not BAD!!!! There was no flavor AT ALL! Just like they were sitting in red oil.
