Went on a busy Saturday night by myself just to enjoy a few drinks, ended up having too much and got very sick and left in a hurry. Came back the next morning to close my tab come to find out the bartenders somehow lost my debit card. The girl who was working checked through a literal pile of lost cards (which should really get discarded if they've been there so long for security reasons) and advised I call later when another bartender comes in. I ended up calling a few hours later and left my name and phone number if they find it and advised I call a second time that evening. Well, I called at least three times listening to a very long automated message about the establishment and they didn't even pick up. Overall, I had high hopes for a good outcome on my birthday weekend but I am left very unhappy with how they handle lost items. Won't be coming back in the future. read more

Juke Joint Bar is great! My wife and I came in to check out the pinball machines they had available. At first, we didn't know if we belonged but the bartender made us feel comfortable as we sat at the bar. She knew everyone there by names and was very good to her customers. My bf & I have been coming here for years. When we would go (about 5 years ago) it was kind of a low key bar, very chill place to come & talk & have some drinks. The bartender Tracy was our favorite. After coming last night, I can say that this place has taken a full 360. It's more of a hipster kind of bar now. Super crowded with lots of younger adults. I don't think the bartender we liked works there any more but they do have plenty of staff now which were all super friendly. They go around wiping down the common areas and removing trash. They have a lot going on here. There's darts, pinball machines, pool tables, and a juke box that you can download an app to your phone and pick songs from. They have an indoor & outdoor area. There was also a taco truck but we got there at midnight so they were closed by then. The best thing about this place is the price of the drinks. We got a mixed drink, 4 shots & 3 beers & I think we paid like $40 plus tips. If you're trying to turn up, this is a good spot to do so haha. read more

The bouncer said it was because the owner said they needed to have everyone out by 2. They never did last call, but they said we could order shots, but not a beer. Went here July 1st 2023 with a friend of mine. This was my second time going to this place. The 1st time was with another friend who brought me here. I figured I'd try this place again because the overall vibe seemed cool. I especially liked the fact that they have games there. Anyhow, my friend and I sat on the shorter side of the bar. There was one girl working at the time and she hardly visited that side of the bar, unless it was to grab something real quick and take off. Never got her name, but she was wearing a baby blue shirt, with her chest all out. So I'll address her as blue shirt. We had to waive her down just to get service. I think I actually had to get up. I can't remember. We got our first round of drinks, finished them, and once again had to waive her down. By the time we finished our second round of drinks, there was a second bar tender on duty. You would think that with two bartenders on duty, that we'd get quicker service. But nope. We literally waited any where from 5-10 min before the 1st & 2nd round of drinks. We eventually saw blue shirt near us and asked her if we could get another drink (3rd round). She responded with "I'm off the clock" and looked away. She could have responded in a much nice manner with "I'm off the clock, but let me get you some one to help". With that being said, I had to waive down the other girl for our 3rd round. We finished our 3rd round, and my friend was ready for a 4th. By that time, a guy who I think just got on duty, went right over to us to see if we needed anything. He was super nice and made my friend a drink. After that last drink, we ended up leaving to go some where else. With the exception of the last drink that was made for my friend, the drinks that were made for us by the female bartenders were on the weak side. Tons of ice, and you could hardly taste any of the alcohol; especially for the price. I even ordered a Long Island Ice Tea; which my friend who said "I never order them because they are too strong", tasted mine and said it wasn't strong. Overall, I think that blue shirt was very distracted by the two guys who talking to her a little too much. The funny thing, is that prior to those guys talking to her, I jokingly told my friend, I bet those two guys don't get any type of play but have money. I happen to notice (impossible to not notice), that the bartenders there don't wear bras. I understand the tactic (getting men to spend more), but it's honestly a very tacky tactic. Especially when it causes guys to take your time away from your other customers, and especially when you have boobs that gravity has taken it's tole on. I mean come on now, you don't think that you can make just as much money while wearing a bra? If anything, (fighting back against gravity) you'd be better off wearing a push up bra vs no bra! You're not perky young bucks. You're grown women! Anyhow, I'd also like to add that I was paying in cash for all my drinks. I highly doubt that that played any role in the lack of service, but you never know. Just thought I'd put that out there. read more

This place is close to my house (.6 miles) it has beer taps (20), it has bottles(15+) and it seems very mellow. I came in here yesterday and there were 7-8 older people at the corner of the bar, who seem like they are regulars. There were several loud other groups, who also seemed like regulars. Interesting mix of people. This is the only place like this around this area. There are no cool places to get a beer that actually seem authentic, this is the only one. When I bought my house I made and am still making a serious effort to know the area, go to the places and actually know what is good. I am very glad I came in here, although I wish they had a few different beers on tap, I cannot complain about the multiple Deschutes brews they have, Mirror pond, Black Butte, and a lesser Pale ale. Understand when it happens once, but over and over because she doesn't like the music is crap. Also even as I'm sitting at the bar I have to go and find her to get another beer.
