This is unfortunate, but I think it really is the luck of the draw. We found the most off putting thing about this place is that they charge a 10% surcharge to pay with card. For example, an hourlong massage is $50 in cash, but $55 when paid on a credit card. I do not share the opinion of most of the low-rated reviews where they ask you for tips. Our therapists did not do so, and also, it is completely reasonable to tip more than normal since the massage prices are lower here, especially if you receive a great massage. However, the marked differences between the cash and credit card prices was a turnoff to us, especially since it is random whether you get a skilled therapist or not.
