Staff was friendly and very helpful in navigating, especially when you forget where you are supposed to walk to in order to pick your fruit. I would say it is about farmer's market pricing, definitely not on the cheaper scale but you are paying for quality here. Can't wait to come back! There were a couple of delays that were completely outside of Hass' control, and I am amazed at the openness, transparency, and honesty that he provided every step of the way. He had only one real care --- to make sure that we had the kitchen of our dreams, and he brought in every member of the team responsible for making that happen. To start, the process to refine the designs to match our needs and lifestyle was very frustrating and Alyce was often passive aggressive when doing so. She would make remarks like "some clients just cut me the check and let me do everything", "you need to take up drinking." She commented on our marriage, made threats about renovations causing divorce and was a source of stress and anxiety. She was late to almost all of our meetings, but was constantly checking the time which was quite uncomfortable. Her assistant, Michelle, was very kind during our meetings. Lastly, we found out that she copied her prior client's dinning room design and put it in our proposal. While it is with reason to take inspiration from other work, copying over an identical table, chair, drapery, window covering, and colors, etc. from one's own previous client and pitching it to the next is very unprofessional, considering we were billed 30 hours to design the dinning room. I don't recommend this company for interior design.
