The owner was great on the phone and I had an appointment within 20 minutes. I'm sure they have busier parts of the day and this was at 10:30-11am. The nail technician was very polite and cordial. She took her time with my pedicure and manicure, and did extra coats of polish without me requesting. I had the "basic" pedicure was as good as some of the "spa" pedicures I've paid for over the years. Thank you again to the nail tech and other employees for your patience, kindness and service. Went to Maiden Nails in Webster, NY for the first time yesterday and it was amazing. My nails…read moreneeded some work (especially my toes!) and now they look fabulous. I did not catch the man's name (not Tom the owner he did an awesome job with my mom though) but he was super gentle and super attentive to detail. The salon itself was had a super relaxed vibe even though they were super busy! The massaging pedicure chairs were amazing - had a few knots in my back when I went it but they were gone when I was done. Super clean, and hygienic - watched all the technicians wash their hands, and wash and sanitize their tools.
