On my second trip I had their Original Italian - a mouthwatering combination of coteghino, Genoa salami, ham capocollo, pepperoni and sharp provolone (chopped, not sliced), tenderly placed on a sesame-seed French loaf from the finest bakery in the Kingdom and lathered with Fink's secret olive spread. I added long hots, lettuce tomato and onion. I wish I would have went sans olive spread as it was just too overpowering. The bread was awesome and the combination of meats was solid. I would have liked a sharper provolone. It was a good Italian sub, but not top tier. They have around 8 or so gourmet hoagies with local neighborhood names (featured toppings include roast pork, turkey breast, turkey, buffalo chicken, tuna salad, prosciutto, ham and roast beef) that I would love to try out in future visits.
