Even the most humblest of a Philly Cheesesteak could be awarded such an award. There is nothing bougie/pretentious/overpriced about this establishment, it's staff and/or it's food. I sat there a couple bites in pondering what else I should try next time on my visit. I had the Philly Cheeseteak with sweet peppers with white American on a seeded roll. I had a philly cheese steak at a separate location prior to here, and although it was great, Dalessandros had the right balance of meat to bread to dollar ratio. I was full but content. Full but not bloated.

No charge extras that can be added are: marinara sauce, fried onions, raw onions, peppers, ketchup and mayo. Other extras are cost extra. Don't tell a local you add all this to your cheesesteak. Rumour has it that Chubby's across the street is just as good without the wait. I'll never know.

They're still more than I can devour in one sitting, so that doesn't matter too much. But, the last few had less moisture in the grilled meat, and thus were less juicy and less enjoyable to mange. I've heard that T&N is on the market. Given the devolution of quality (and quantity) the need to get out from under the nut and take away some profit is understandable.
