After a fun filled day snowshoeing we were definitely hungry. Julie's is a cute little stop before heading home. It's decor is done in good taste. Open layout and definitely my favorite- lots of great natural sun pouring in from the windows. The food: I'm thankful it's very good. Lately I've been disappointed with my Thai food foray. I had my usual test for a new restaurant. Panang in pork. Tender meat. Proper ratio of meat to curry sauce and other ingredients. Tasty. Julie's also serves sushi rolls. We skipped that and ordered their Edamame as our starter. It came warm and lightly salted. Rightfully so. If you pay attention to what else is written on their menu it says they take time in preparing their food. That they add an extra something which is "Love". I get it. I felt it. Their Padthai was also a hit. Our server was super polite and attentive. I love him!

This is my favorite Thai restaurant in the Front Range - a family-run place that checks all of the boxes. Delicious curries and stir fry with something for everyone, including vegans and gluten-free eaters. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the ambience is welcoming. After a long hike you'll be greeted with a smile and a full carafe of cold water. All of the curries are fantastic, and the other dishes boast plenty of veggies and aren't greasy. Dishes are affordable priced and moderately sized. What a gem!

Stopped in here tonight to cool off at the river and saw this joint. Food is top notch but the service was what gets this rating 5 Stars.

Passing through Lyons on way to Estes Park. Found this small gem tucked away in a strip mall. This place is tiny, maybe 7 tables. Easy to miss, but the food should not be missed. It's possible these are the very best spring rolls I have ever eaten. Large, crunchy, full of fresh vegetables. The ingredients were not only fresh but had great flavor, maybe they were locally sourced. Often rolls are small, bland virtually tasteless sticks. Julie's don't even need sauce, although I did use some. Entree was Massaman curry. Absolutely divine. Great flavor, nice portion, generous amounts of chicken. Vegetables tender not mushy. Perfection in my opinion. Again, may be the best I have ever eaten with out a doubt. I will return. Downside: polite but slow service. Maybe a wait on busy night. Worth it all

Julies Kitchen serves up some fresh, sassy, and spicy Thai food on the main strip in Lyons! En route to Estes, we were so psyched to find a new place to try! We pulled into Julie's on a summer day, late at 2 pm, but luckily they were still cooking up lunch and had quite a crowd! I enjoyed the Chicken Thai Basil, spice level "hot" and it was perfect- Hot, sizzling, with tons of fresh veggies and yummy chicken- the perfect lunch size portion. Boyfriend tried the Panang Curry and it also got rave reviews. There is a cool patio to sit on for nice days, and we always seem to have nice days in Lyons! Excited to have another great restaurant stop in Lyons!

Really great food. They made their yellow curry and pad Thai Vegan for me and it was delicious. I'm stuffed and have leftovers. So happy to find this quiet little gem.

Good flavor, but every time I order take-out, there is barely any meat in the dishes I bring home.

This is such a delicious spot for Thai food. We stopped by for an early dinner after an afternoon…read morehike at Rocky Mountain National Park. We were in the mood for some warm, savory Thai food and this is the place to get it! Parking was pretty easy as they have a few spots neighboring the restaurant. We were quickly seated and our server was very prompt with waters and taking our order. I decided on the Tom yum soup with a mild spice level while J opted for the Pad Kee Mao with a high spice level. The soup was delicious and warm - helpful as I was getting over a cold and I found the spice level very manageable. The mushroom and shrimp were well cooked, plentiful and delicious. I had a good chunk of the pad kee mao as well - I loved the spice level here too. Just the right level to get your eyes watering but not out of control. The savory sauce was amazing and the noodles and chicken were very well cooked. We were one of a couple tables as we entered, but a few more joined while we were there. The sitting area is spacious and I could tell it might get busy later in the evening. All the staff were very helpful, prompt, and kind. Definitely give this place a try on your next visit to Estes Park!

If you're looking for a meal, not one I'd highly recommend. Appears to be a family-run operation, service is friendly and timely. One positive, a complimented the typical list of four to six Asian brews with at least half a dozen local microbrews. Our disappointment was amplified as two review sites rated this restaurant the third best in town.
