Pricing is standard for Chinese take out, however things get pricey with online orders and delivery, so be prepared to pay for the convenience. Service is always efficient and to the point, which is perfectly fine as they want to keep things moving and I want to eat! Overall, love having China Wok in the area. Delivery is not offered currently and you can technically eat in, but while there are tables there, it is not really set up for a good dine-in experience. I rang them up on a Friday evening to order (2) Sesame Chicken plates and (1) Large Wonton Soup. From order to arrival was about 20 minutes, and it was hot and ready! They refunded the order, but there was no apology and no attempt to make the situation right, even after we had waited that long. What made the situation even worse was that a lady who ordered about 5 minutes before we finally left was given what appeared to be our food, even though we had already been waiting over an hour and 20 minutes. Watching someone who ordered after us receive food while we walked away with nothing was incredibly frustrating. The food here might be good--we honestly wouldn't know. But the system and communication were extremely poor, and the way the situation was handled left us feeling completely disregarded. When someone only has a couple nights in town, an experience like this really matters. I hope the restaurant works on their ordering system and customer service so others don't have the same experience.
